Awesome.
Ballet is completely different to cheerleading, Weston. It takes years of training and is known to be one of the most difficult styles of dance to master. But sure, go right ahead. Prove me wrong.
So, what would you like on the crazy chance that you’re right and I wouldn’t be able to handle it? Seeing as we’re making this interesting and all. Because if I win? Well, you have to take me out to eat. And I’ll definitely make sure to be hungry.
skankpearce:
I was a huge fan of your teaching methods but I’m always down to learn new ways to hurt people. Madison seems cool so I’ll definitely check out her class.
You could always join the ballet class I’ll be teaching. I’m always in my element there and it would be kind of hilarious to see you out of yours.
Go for it... Madison knows a martial art that I don’t, so I’m sure she probably has a couple of moves that I don’t know.
Really? You think dancing is out of my element? I’m actually offended there, Pearce... Anything that involves my body, I’m great at. Or do you forget that I’m on the Cheerios? But if you really doubt my abilities... we could make this interesting, you know.

Just because it might be summer, it doesn’t mean one can slack when it comes to the gym... And late night workouts are the best. #allaboutthegains #doyouevenliftbro #armedanddangerous

well, obviously we needed to get you on track there bro. whenever we’re apart, i need somebody to talk about wrestling. all these other fools out here talking about other sports– we need to get that flowing again.
also your little nice thing makes me want to puke. but you know, since i know you, it’s acceptable.
i want to run something by you– apparently this place has a double agent. i’m pretty much thinking it’s that skinny little white twink, but nobody has been listening to me.
I know, I know... I’m obviously slacking. But don’t worry... We can catch the next RAW and the next UFC fight together - I’ll even bring the jerky. Nothing like watching guys and girls pummel each other to get the adrenaline flowing, right?
Hey now, I can’t help it if I am nice and I like people by default. Some of us don’t have to have others warm up to us before we like them, you know.
Oh?... so what do you need to run by me?
skankpearce:
There’s more to life than the gym, you know that right? I thought I saw something about Madison offering self-defence classes so I might have to sign up. Getting to hit someone and it be for a class is my favorite thing to do.
Of course there are - I happen to enjoy a good party as much as the next person - but the gym is important if I want to achieve my goal of earning a Light Heavyweight championship. It might be better... mine aren’t really for credit, just for people wanting to learn how to defend themselves, so if you want to kill two birds with one stone? She might be the better teacher.
Shame, though... It just means I wouldn’t be able see you in your element. I bet you’re really beautiful.
skanksammy:
Whassup man!!! Everyone should know you because you are legit one of the best dudes to ever dude in Ohio. Please say you’re gonna be spending some time at McKinley summer camp, ‘cause you totally gotta visit me at my tent and we can hang out by my fire. I’m a fire making guy now.
Well, if I am the best dude to ever dude, it’s because of my mothers, so I’ll have to pass the compliment along - they, really, are who what made me what I am today. But yeah, I plan to. Camping isn’t something I’m afraid of... In fact, my moms and little sister and I would go camping every summer, so this shouldn’t be too different. Except, of course, I imagine this might be more fun.
skankpearce:
Trust you to be completely late to the party, Weston. Are you still offering your self-defence classes throughout the summer or am I going to have to look elsewhere for that?
Hey now, they say better late than never, right? Besides, I’m not really one that gets online all that much - too busy working out - so it never seemed prudent for me to get on this site. But yeah, I am. Once a month, as always. And I think Madison is also going to be offering some lessons, and I’ve offered to help her out to help show her students how to take down an opponent that is “stronger” and “bigger” than them.
xberrylicious:
Well, well, well Brodilicious. Nice of you to follow me into joining this little group. You certainly make for a very tight and appealing view for me.
...Hello, Rachel... I see that you’ve, unfortunately, not changed. Though seeing as you are a part of the same committee as me, it was only natural that I follow you - and not because I wanted to. I told you before, you’re beautiful, but you’re not an attractive human being. And until you change your attitude, I’m afraid I’m not attracted to you...
pucksnoah:
You have to tell me where you offer these self-defense classes! I think I know of a few people I would be able to send your way after they were rendered a little frightened after one or two of the events happening around campus. But it’s great to see you here, Brody! I’m ecstatic to see you finally joining our school saving committee. I do hope you will be sticking around this summer with us.
I actually hold them at the community center, but do bring them! I welcome people of all ages, genders, sexual orientations and sizes - because we could all learn how to defend ourselves. I know that Madison is going to start offering lessons too, so you could maybe check them out with her, too? But thanks, Puck. And yeah, I figure that if I want to try and help make the McKinley name one to be feared in the wrestling and boxing communities, it would help if the school was saved, you know. It only makes sense to want to protect it.
I do plan on it, though. Camping has always been something we’ve done as a family, but I suppose everyone here is my family... in a way, at least. More like the family of Grey’s Anatomy, seeing as they all slept with each other, instead of an actual family because... well, gross.
After a year of being here at McKinley, I’ve finally had my arm twisted enough to make one of these accounts - thanks, Z. Most of you have probably seen me jogging through campus or skating to class or even working out at the gym, but for those that don’t know me, I’m Brody Weston. You’ve probably seen me on the sidelines with the Cheerios, on the mat in the wrestling team, or in the ring with the boxing team - and I even offer self-defense training. So yes, I suppose one could label me as a jock, but trust me, my smile is way too nice to waste on sinister grinning at belittling those just for being different than me.
And that is a joke, of course. Ultimately, though, I’m a nice guy and I don’t mind taking time out of my work out schedule to make a new friend. And I promise, of course, that I don’t bite. Not unless you want me to, that is.

You know what’s worse than being an introvert? Being an introvert during the Summer. Like dudes, all I want is to curl up in my bed and run around my little island and pretend Tom Nook doesn’t exist. Like, seriously, isn’t it bad enough that I’ve had to be social during college?
Why can’t you do that, though? I mean, it is the summer and the summer is the time for us to relax. If all you really want to do is stay home and fix up your island in Animal Crossing... you should do that. It’s not hurting anyone, so they shouldn’t really judge you for what you do in your down time.

Marissa: On a scale 1-10, how much do you love sweet treats? For scientific purposes.
Brody: If 1 is not really and 10 is a lot? Probably a... three? I’m not exactly huge on desserts, but I do like hot chocolate and I’m a sucker for a banana creme pie. Apart from that, I don’t really go for desserts. Have to keep in shape if I want the UFC to take me seriously.

" What I can expect from McKinley Community College? "
↳ Adopted by two brilliant women when he was just a young boy, Brody was taught early on that whatever he wanted out of life, he could have. Always willing to give their son a chance to try out his interests, they agreed to any little whim he had - within reason - and signed him up for various lessons. But what seemed to really stick were the classes and sports that had Brody active - dancing, t-ball, peewee soccer… It was clear that Brody was a natural athlete and it was something that he loved - and it was something that helped with the ADHD that he would later be diagnosed with. He loved the camaraderie, he loved the adrenaline that pumped through his veins and, more importantly, he loved the sound of the crowd going wild.
As he grew older, he began to dabble in more and more sports to find one that really called to him, but really, it seemed as though he fit in with almost any of them. He was a great runner, quick and light on his feet, so he was quick to become a natural on the fields where running was important, and he was agile and nimble, so things like cheerleading and karate came natural to him, too. And by the time he was getting ready to go to high school, many of them were offering him a spot on their varsity teams - even as a freshman.
Once he began to mature and reach puberty, though, he realized that his athleticism made him a popular choice among people of all genders - and his charming, dimpled smile and bright eyes didn’t hurt, either. And with his athleticism and his prowess in whatever sport he decided to entertain the notion with, came a popularity. But despite being popular, Brody still remained a kind soul - the kind of boy that his moms raised him to be - and he never let his popularity get to his head. And while he might enjoy the attention and the dates he managed to get, he was always respectful to the people that he wound up dating.
But even his popularity couldn’t stop him from being bullied. He could hear the whispers of some of his teammates and even their parents, wondering how he could grow into a man without the presence of a mother, and it wasn’t until his junior year that he finally got fed up with the bullying. Two of his teammates from the football team approached him, telling him that he wasn’t going to be a real star because he didn’t know what it meant to be a man, and that was enough for him. Using his knowledge in karate and wrestling, he managed to take them both down - knocking one of them out before putting the other in a submission hold - and it was there that Brody found his passion. Fighting.
It was odd, of course, given the fact that he was definitely not the type of guy one would expect to enjoy fighting - he came off as more of a pacifist - but he figured that consensual fighting couldn’t hurt, right? So after getting his mothers to agree, he began to take lessons in mixed martial arts and after graduating high school, he moved to Vegas in the hopes to wind up getting attention from the UFC so he could become the next fighter to contend for a belt.
Two years were spent in Vegas to no avail and, per the agreement he had with his mothers, he was to enroll in a college. But doing so after two years out of school was difficult, and since his grades weren’t exactly the best, he knew that he’d have to go to a community college. Going to the college that was in his mothers’ town was an easy decision, because he did miss his mothers, and he knew that he could handle it’s classes relatively easy.
Though he’s a couple years older than some of the kids in his class, Brody is already a guy that most of them know - simply because he is seen as the jock with a heart of gold, as well as the heart-throb. As a member of the boxing, wrestling and even cheerleading teams - because it helps keep him limber - Brody is eager to be able to help bring McKinley Community College’s name back from the wreckage and make this school great… and with three years of schooling left, he’s sure he can do it.
At least, as long as he can help save the school.
