Mind over matter...
Blame your ego..
Blame your ego for your inability to be truly happy.
We strive and bend over backwards doing anything and everything to feel happiness. Dressing up our physical appearance to only get a taste of it. Buying over priced materialistic possessions to be noticed and maybe admired by people you don't know. Drinking, getting high, chemically inducing the happiness we crave. People today need anything besides their own self to give them happiness.
Blame your ego for your inability to manifest happiness from within yourself.
Blame your ego for the pointless things you do for a quick rush of satisfaction only to be sad in the end.
Blame your ego for your fear of having any kind of connection with others.
Blame your ego for making you believe you have free will in your daily life.
Blame it for everything. Then apologize to yourself for neglecting your soul.
Me and babe today 🤣🤣🤣
Damn right you can...
Hehehe
"Thank you, Mommy."
My daughter is always saying this to me numerous times a day. Mostly at random. I always catch myself wondering what it is she's thanking me for. We're not in the best situation at the moment and it gets me down a lot on a daily basis. Even though I wonder her reason for thanking me I always respond with, "You're welcome."
I've come to a quite relevant conclusion that she's possibly just thanking me for doing the best that I am able to or maybe she's thanking me for being the best mother I can be and that what I'm doing is enough. Our situation could be worse than what it is. We have shelter, food, television and thankfully internet. Even though I want better, I remain grateful for what I have here in this moment. Keeping all this in mind helps me to have the ability to close my eyes and rest every night so far. Just being here with my daughter and her father, doing this on our own, feels better than how I did when I turned to my family for help. Not everyone in my family brings me down, but the ones that do remain blind to what it does to me not just mentally and emotionally, but physically as well. I was able to have the will to not put myself through the stress of dealing with the toxic individuals in my family and just distance myself. Not just for my own well-being but for my child and her father. At the end of the day, they have to deal with the aftermath of the damage that's done to me. It's not fair to them at all.
I can finally say that I've grown more spiritually by learning limits. I love all of my family dearly, but it's best to love them from a distance and avoid absorbing all the negativity. My positive vibrations make them feel out of tune than what they're used to on a daily basis. They try their hardest to flood my perceivers with their poison and because I love them and because I can see the good buried beneath the bad, I give in and ignore the ones who need me the most.
So when my daughter says, "Thank you, Mommy.", I truly believe she's thanking me for devoting my heart, my love to her as the main receiver and using my intuition, my gut feeling, when it comes to spiritual damage.
❤️❤️❤️ my love
