“I dunno…” Jake said, looking at his hands, “Plasmids are usually an instantaneous reaction… they shouldn’t take this long to kick in. It’s been, what, five minutes now?”

“i’m not sure..” the nurse puckered her lips and pursed them inwards and took a sharp nip on her bottom lip, her eyes looking over the now empty syringe in her hands. “Perhaps you are immune to this particular one, or, even that this plasmid is ineffective.” she reached up and placed a strand of hair behind her ear that had fallen loose. she frowned thoughtfully at the empty vessel.

she was raised in nobility until she began to show signs of magic. She would begin to set fires when she was upset. this scared her and lead her to trying to control her emotions to much avail. her parents sent her to the white spire and she learned to control her magic. life wasn't too bad until the attack in kirkwall where she was essentially a strict prisoner.

she joined the rebel mages and escaped during the death of the head seeker.

i can see her joining the inquisition during the party for wicked eyes wicked hearts-or the chargers. there fore joining the inquisition by extension.

"Whose there? would you quit skulking around in the dark." She lit a flame in the palm of her hand, readying herself. --xweepingwillowx

"I could ask the same," Johann said in a low voice, his reddened face becoming illuminated by the flame. "What are you doing here?"

The woman held the flame steady narrowing her eyes and it grew a bit brighter. “nothing. none of your business.” she gave him a look over and the edge in her eyes showed that she was unimpressed.

Johann loomed over, looking at Willow with a grave look in his eyes. “You are outmatched,” Johann chuckled,”I’m not one to toy with.”

The young woman lit another flame in her other hand and brought it up to the same level of brightness as the first.  she widened her stance. "I'm not afraid of you Red Skull." A smirk grew on her lips.

Medic’s attention perked, he moved to her. His hands moving at her shoulders. His thumb brushed over her throat, first checking to see if there was anything stuck in her throat. 

"What’s wrong Willow!" he asked, his voice seething a moment as he grew anxious.

"its too hot" she waved a patients folder at her face trying to fan herself. she grabbed her dress flapped the end of it trying to get a breeze going. the air conditioning was broken of course. she narrowed her eyes in a strange frown at him. "Ugh how can you stand this?"

Medic frowned, moving his hands from her throat. He crossed his arms, looking at Willow with a lingering expression of worry that was only slowly beginning to dissipate. 

"You scared me," he muttered. He looked up at Willow’s question and pushed up his glasses. "I just vear less of my layers," he said calmly, "Und I am used to it."

"its called a slip." Willow lifted the edge of her dress to show him. "it keeps my uniform smooth." she mumbled. "its also a requirement—"she laid her fore head on the desk still having difficulty breathing. she didn’t want to look at him worrying about the angry look his eyes held.

"Vell if you suffocate I think zhat will be more of a loss than you being out of uniform," Medic pressed as he looked down at Willow.

"it would be very inappropriate if I went and changed." she softly fanned her dress under the desk where he wouldn't easily get a glance. "but if its an order from the doctor.. I suppose I can." she stood up, her body moving slowly, head rising last. her hair was pulled back into a pony tail but it seemed to be doing little to help with her situation. she wandered away into the cooler dark concrete hallway.

Medic only hummed more, taking a single step forward. He wrapped an arm ,with his blanket still in his hand, around Willow’s arm. Medic being quite tall was hunched partially on Willow. 

"You can drag me, I vill go vhere you take me," he mumbled.
