Stand Still&Closer Camera in CAS with Custom Poses Mod

Description

It's finally here^^This mod is inspired and based on spagtscully's New CAS and CAP animation options Mod Version1 which will make your sims and Pets stand still in CAS without any movement and facial idles. I edited its jazz script and now other than that, your sims can stay freeze in the custom poses imported into the package file with this mod. And it's super easy to replace them with the ones you like. I'll show you how to do it in the below. I've also noticed that spagtscully's original mod conflicts with closer camera mod. So I replaced its CASCamerasWS.ini file with the one used in Shimrod101's Zoom-In CaS Camera Mod and edited the parameters to keep the camera focusing on toddler's face rather than belly when zooming in. Hopefully this mod can bring more vitality to the sims 3 CAS~

Features

Sims and pets will keep freeze in custom poses unless you pick species and traits. You can customize sim's poses as you want.

Cameras will get closer when zooming in.

Compatibility

Work fine on1.67/1.69 and base-game compatible.

Conflicts with any other mod that changes CAS animations and CAS cameras.

How to customize the poses

These are the animation names I used in this mod.

For those who know how to create poses in blender and want to customize this mod in an easy way. You can export the pose or animation you want, changing its animation name to the corresponding one listed above and exported it again. Then copy the file you just saved and paste it into the mod in s3pe. It will replace the original file. And that's it, your sims will stay in the new pose you've just chosen. Currently male and female sims are sharing the same pose. I will make a new version that male and female sims have separate animation files if it's needed.

Version 1: Toddlers, children, teen-elder males and females stay in the same pose shown in the first image.

Version 2: Compared to Version 1, teen- elder sims' poses are additionally changed to the one shown in the third image.

Version 3: Compared to Version 1, teen- elder sims' poses are additionally changed to the one shown in the fourth image.

⚙️ EUREKA! I figured it out! I can now create custom filters in CAS for just about anything. This is going to ruin my life… but maybe it'll make The Sims 4 a little more tolerable for you.

💬 I know a Search Bar would be awesome, but it would require Scale Form GFX modifications that are beyond my current capabilities. At one point in time, TwistedMexi was working on something similar to Better BuildBuy but for CAS. I have no idea if it was ever finished. For now, this is the best that I can give you.

📸 I will take better screenshots when I get the chance. I literally figured out how to do this in the middle of doing my BASE GAME CAS Overrides, CAS Add-Ons, and CAS De-Bloating™. In other words, this completely derailed my week.

🌸 WE CAN DO THIS. YOU AND ME, TOGETHER:

For all intents and purposes, this is a "community project". I am willing and able to create and maintain the required override, the hundreds upon hundreds of unique 9-digit "IDs" for the "TagValueNumber", and the unique Strings, etc., but I can't possibly override every custom CAS item in existence.

Help me make this a reality, and also, keep your fingers crossed that the override doesn't break under the weight of the hundreds unpon hundreds of entries I'm adding to it.

Oh hai, @sims4studioofficial. Can you add a BATCH FIX that <LOOKS THROUGH MY WISH LIST> allows us to add a "SpecialContent" TAG with a custom "TagValueNumber" to a whole folder of CAS mods? Even if you can't get the "CategoryNumber" to copy properly, a BATCH FIX will at least eliminate half the busywork.

🎓 HOW IT DO, PIKACHU:

If you're well-versed in creating or modifying CAS content, all you need to do is add a new TAG to your swatches - you can do just the first swatch, but you should do all swatches - and change the "CategoryNumber" to "127" (without the quotes), and change the "TagValueNumber" to the desired 9-digit "ID".

For everyone else who is new to this, there are detailed instructions on the Patreon OP that I will refine and expand SOON™.

Additionally, I have created JSON files for every filter.

These JSON files go into your "Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Custom Tags" folder and they add the custom TAGS to the drop-down lists in STUDIO and WAREHOUSE. If you know, you know, but if you don't know, I will explain in the Patreon OP.

The "127" in the JSON filename and TAG name is to remind you to configure your "CategoryNumber" with "127" because S4S is wonky right now. I have/will explain this in the Patreon OP.

Bright Blend Skintone for sims 4

This is my first CC I am releasing! I mostly make things for personal use, but I thought someone might be able to use this. Went a little overboard in photoshop, but only with fonts and fun stuff -the actual skin textures are mostly untouched (and completely untouched in the in-game screenshot). It’s a really simple skin with no body textures and because of that, it does work with males, but I prefer it for females because it flattens out the face quite a bit. I’ll maybe work on a more manly version down the line. It’s only one swatch found under skin details. Many thanks to  BrntWaffles and JS Sims, whom textures I used!

i recently played around with my old preset (fairy dust) a bit after deciding wanted a brighter game & came up with this! it’s a very colourful & light preset that feels quite cosy imo :)

i would recommend only really using this for cas & screenshots since it’s quite a lot to play in game with lol but obviously it’s up to you & you can play around with it all you want! (just don’t reupload it ofc)

4t3 Gorillax3 V-Neck Sweater II

I initially wasn't sure if I should upload this as I'm not quite satisfied (the texture is a bit blurry imo), but some of my friends seemed to really like this sweater which is why I still decided to share it. I originally wanted to do age conversions to teen and elder as well, but kind of... lost motivation. Pls feel free to do them with this if you're interested.
