RIP Kim Jonghyun.
RIP Jonghyun
Rest easy Angel, I still can't believe what happened. A part of me refuses to believe it but what can you do? But his passion for his music and all of his hard work drives me to work harder. He still lives on through his music and he will never be forgotten.
Rest in peace Kim Jonghyun. Gone but never forgotten.

hello guys!
There some things that Iâve noticed that a lot of successful students have in common and I thought iâd share what these students do to help them achieve not only academic but personal success. If youâve ever wondered how that one person does it, chances are they use a combination, if not all of these habits. Some of them are:
They learn at their own pace: everyone learns at their own pace so successful students know when they can move ahead of the class and when to take their time on a particular topic. Following the syllabus as it goes can not only waste time, but also slow you down when you get to a topic that is difficult for you.
They work under time restraints: Youâll always have those students who get straight Aâs but also get a full nights rest and thatâs because those students know that working aimlessly for hours just to feel âproductiveâ is actually counterproductive. The motto is work smarter not harder.
They keep past exams and quizzes: this goes without saying but instead of throwing away old test papers at the end of the semester or school year, get a big filing system where you can keep your work so you can practice and review when you need them.
They have good relationships with their teachers: teachers are literally there to help you, so take time to get to know your teacher and form bonds with them as they have all the knowledge you need to pass a course. Thereâs also the added benefit of your teacher being little more sympathetic to you when you donât do your best.
They take ORGANIZED notes: thereâs a difference between aesthetic note and organized note. Successful students know that you can take both but not just one. Having a simple system organize your notes will transform your school life, you donât need all the frills; all you need is a couple colored pens and a notebook to take decent notes. If youâre stuck, thereâs literally thousands of template online that you can apply to your own notes
They collaborate with other students: this is important. No man is an island and while competition can be healthy, the best relationships youâll have with your classmates are the ones where you help each other out; let face it, youâre all going through that shit together whether you help each other or not.
They ask a lot of questions: Swallowing your pride is one of the most useful habit a student can attain. Asking questions can be a bit embarrassing but you never fully understand a topic until you ask the questions that need to be asked.Â
They practice active reading: DROP THE HIGHLIGHTER and instead of highlighting every other word: write summaries and make annotation, this will help you to be engaged while youâre reading and make it 100 times easier to review. Â
They focus on their weaknesses: I know we all wish that subject we suck at would disappear but the sad news is, it wonât, and if you ignore it, it will only eat at your GPA. So bite the bullet and spend some time working on that subject youâll start to notice that your grades will ultimately be better as you have a healthy balance in grades.
They prioritize:Â teacher can make it seem like everything is important and everything is urgent but successful students know that some things take precedence over others. Once you find that balance of putting more important work first, youâll see your grades start to improve.
Thatâs a question I asked myself many times. So I spent a lot of time on blogs and websites telling me that you canât name an exactly number. Of course you canât but I was just searching for an âaround thisâ number. Everyone knows that there is no magical number like 1000 and then youâll speak your target language but with 999 you wouldnât. I just wanted âaround thisâ numbers to be motivated, to have a goal, to have a direction I can keep in mind. It was a pain in the ass to get an answer to this. And I want to share it with you guys, so you donât have to waste your time on several blogs and giant textwalls to get just a little bit closer to this answer. Donât forget these are just âaround thisâ numbers and itâs very(!) important that you also use them and SPEAK your target language. _______________________________________ 100 most common words make up 50% of conversations. 300 most common words make up 65% of conversations. 2.000 most common words make up 90% of conversations. _______________________________________ What are the different levels of a language? A1: 500 words A2: 1.000 words B1: 2.000 words B2: 4.000 words C1: 8.000 words C2: 16.000 words _______________________________________ And here a little bit detailed: 250 words - without these words, you canât make a sentence. 750 words - is needed for everyday conversations. 2.500 words - will allow you to say most things you want, but sometimes in an awkward way. 5.000 words - is an active vocabulary of a (not high educated) native speaker. 10.000 words - is an active vocabulary of a (high educated) native speaker. 20.000 words - is needed in your passive vocabulary to fully understand work of literature by a notable author.
