Was lucky enough to catch an early screening of Eternity last night and when I tell you that it was absolutely thrilling? Not an understatement. Seeing Callum on the big screen again, in his first new project since Masters? 😮‍💨

And he’s soooo Bucky coded in this it’s crazy. Or maybe it’s just that his voice is Bucky’s, but either way. My heart practically beat out of my chest the first time he appeared onscreen. Took me a full two minutes to calm down.

And his hands, you guys. HIS HANDS. ☠️ The things they could do. Just bury me now.

The film itself? It’s so damn good. We need more movies like this - original, funny, sweet, thought-provoking. The cast is great, the set design is incredible, the story is engaging - best film I’ve seen in a while.

November 2, 2025: "Anything Could Happen"

I wouldn't say I have strong feelings about Ellie Goulding, but I certainly have strong feelings about this song. There are a couple songs from the early 2010s that feel reflective of the first half of the decade and for me, this is one of them. This is electropop at its most fun. The story Goulding tells throughout the song is delightful as well: it really feels like being sixteen in the summertime when you believe that, if you'll pardon the pun, anything could happen. Honestly, I think we need to bring back pop music like this; uplifting dance tracks with hard hitting lyrics that could mean anything and are largely up to the listener's interpretation are exactly the kinds of songs we need these days. I think we could all use a little more lightness in our lives and dare I say, Ellie Goulding might be the one for the job. Let's get this diva back into the studio so we can get more songs like this.
