Dr. Xeno is CyberLife's chief scientist and their current foremost expert on Androids, but after being violently attacked by anti-Android protestors, he's left with problems he refuses to admit. Now, Xeno is determined to undergo the most dangerous, and possibly most important experiment, of his life.

He's going to uncover all the secrets of deviancy in androids, a condition that causes androids to go utterly insane and kill their owners. But to do that, he's going to need to make a deviant himself.

Good thing CyberLife just agreed to allow him to use the prototype military android SL3700 as his bodyguard after his attack.

It's a Detroit Become Human AU, but, YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING AT ALL ABOUT DETROIT BECOME HUMAN TO ENJOY THIS FIC

What I mean is THIS IS NOT A DETRIOT BECOME HUMAN FANFICTION. It does not follow the plot of the game. It does not have characters from the game; the most there are are that they're mentioned as easter eggs. This is a completely original story set in the Detroit Become Human setting, and it's written in a way that someone who has no idea what Detroit Become Human even is should be able to follow along with what's going on as easily as someone who's 100% the game.
