The Broker and Katana are biological siblings (or were extremely close/brother-like before Katana left the cult) First of all this is more of a theory than a headcanon but because of how absurd it is I'm going to credit as a headcanon. But here are my points of evidence/influence/ideas:

-Similar horn shape, When assessing their renders side by side Broker's horns seem to be just a flipped version of Katana's, maybe marginally smaller, and obviously navy blue. -Age range, They have a year difference at most which would put them in a similar parentage bracket like Shuriken and Vinestaff, not to mention their birthdays are extremely close together, 3 days apart! (September 17th, September 20th) -Broker's extreme hatred for Katana may extend from a strong feeling of resentment or betrayal. If they were close before Katana fled the cult Broker may have felt a good deal of betrayal. Now onto probably the more loosey goosey speculative stuff stuff: -Katana and Broker were likely adopted into the church together at a young age, I see a lot of the church members potentially being orphans/impoverished taken advantage of by the True eye for their work skills (will expand on this in another submission perhaps) -Katana was potentially Broker's role model/and or caretaker as he would get into a lot of trouble and mischief.

-Broker gave himself a scar (the one above his left eye) to match Katana's massive X shaped scar over his face. -Broker and Scythe may have been attacked by Katana trying to reprimand him as he fled the church. Another theory as to why they have those X shaped scars. -Broker regards Scythe as a close sister now (because I'm a sucker for found family), but is highly aware they would both kill each other if the church ordered them to. -Broker is spiteful and does everything in his power to stand in the way of Katana, and spread what Katana would consider "Corruption."

-They no longer consider each other siblings after what happened, Broker is far happier with the family anyway.

-There is no fixing this dynamic, Broker. Wants. Katana. Dead.

Anon, I am so sad to say this, but a few months ago on Soda's stream I asked her about a piece of dialogue between Scythe and Katana where the former mentions Katana has a brother.

She said that Katana has a brother, but the brother is a new character we haven't seen yet and "we'll know who it is when we see him"

So if that dialogue was the basis for the Headcanon, then sorry, Katana's brother is someone else.
