He didn’t ask because it was probably going to go into subject matter that he didn’t understand. Things that he didn’t want to know about Iwatodai, and about Minako’s death… but for the time being she was alive and safe, so Hidetoshi didn’t really care about the details.
“So there was a living, breathing deity in Arcadios…” For some reason, Hidetoshi remained increasingly skeptical. Perhaps it was just the logical side of his brain, telling him that all of this talk of deities was drivel. Then again, there weren’t many “logical” ways to reason out exactly what had happened to him.
“I see. And how has your stay in Arcadios been, Minako-san? Not too harrowing being away from home, I hope.”
"Oh yes! There had been an evil Goddess as well...Dolos, I think her name was. But she is gone as well. Obviously for the better..."
"But, Arcadios is a really nice place! Mostly..."
[There was obviously some things, such as violent people, that she can do without.]
"There is a lot of interesting people here. Some of them have some pretty awesome powers, too!"

“… That’s probably it.” Either that or there was a giant gaping hole in his memory, or some form of delusion in hers. Seeing as how unlikely all three scenarios were, assuming the first option wouldn’t do any harm. But still, the implications… What was to happen? And during graduation?
But… that was to be the following day. Back in Iwatodai, it would have been TOMORROW. The day when everyone graduated. And also Minako’s fated day of death. But at least here, she was alive and well. Was that the way things were supposed to be, though? That her death was to be thwarted like this?
For now, however, he comforted himself with the fact that at least she was alive and well.
“… If you had a reason for it, then it must have been good. I believe in your capabilities and good judgment, Minako-san, so I’m sure it was for a just cause. Still… what was old Arcadios like? Were there many people brought from different worlds as well?”
[Oh good, he didn't ask. It would be a little hard to explain the end of the world and the powers she had...]
"Yes, yes. Arcadios before was a place where a lot of people were brought. And there was a present Goddess, Sophia. She watched over the place, and thus she sealed in all the powers people have throughout everywhere...except in the Battle Arena and such. And we couldn't have weapons at all."
"I'm not really sure where Sophia went to. Something to do with the giant tree, I believe. But her presence is obviously lessened now."

Did he know Akihiko Sanada, she asks. Well concerning the flocks of women kissing the ground where he stepped, Magoichi’d have to be blind not to pick things up. Those were his women to charm, and they fell for a dude who barely even knew women from men. Sad, really.
“Yeah, he’s my disciple in the ways of women. He’s hopeless on his own, which is where I come in. I’m what you call…an expert.” Magoichi winked as a passing lady for a bit of fun, “That lady can tell ya.”
"Are you now?"
"Well, Senpai could stand to learn to not be so shy around girls. Since they are always swarming him."
[Minako laughs at him winking at a lady.]
"You remind me of another friend of mine. Though, he never offered to take Akihiko as his 'disciple'."
[The very thought of Ryoji doing that almost made her burst out laughing.]

He stopped in his tracks at the sound of a girl’s voice. Not just any girl’s, though.
Minako’s.
Akihiko wasn’t expecting this at all, his eyes widening as he saw her. Wait…how? How was she here? Wasn’t she…
…
He was at a loss for words, but quickly regained his composure as he grinned wide. He supposed he would save the questions for a better time, right?
“I appeared around a week ago…how long have you been here, Minako?”
[In Minako's happiness, she ends up running right into her Senpai, almost knocking him over. Oops. Well, she was happy!]
"I'm so glad to see you! I haven't really seen anyone else from Iwatodai..."
"But, I've been here for a while. Months in fact!"
[Well...better than being dead...]

Theodore had spent the duration of the earthquake gauging its precise speed, depth, and velocity, while simultaneously attempting to retain his footing. The forces of nature never ceased to amaze. Truly, a marvelous effort of the earth. He had, of course, out of curiosity, followed rumor and his own observations to the entrance of Styx, shortly after, intrigued and perhaps vaguely awed by the gaping caverns. Yet it was none of this that surprised him. The most remarkable occurrence had been the sudden feeling, upon nearing the caverns, that she was close at hand. The one to which he owed his allegiance and duty. It was her presence that he felt — warm and familiar — and, after a brief pause, he smiled to himself, and set about finding its source.
Her presence, he supposed, explained quite a lot, including his own. If not to watch over her, why would he have been brought to such a place as Arcadios? Carefully picking and choosing his way through the twisting caves, he at last caught sight of a familiar chestnut ponytail, and chuckled softly.
“Master Minako,” he murmured, approaching. “I suppose I should have expected to find you here. Are you quite alright?” She looked well enough, and Theo was confident he should have been able to sense any damages she might have sustained. A small pause, then, gently chiding: “What are you doing down here all alone? I do hope you haven’t taken to exploring such dark places unaccompanied. It could be dangerous, you know.” Shaking his head, he smiled. “I shall escort you, for now.” And then, with habitual grace, he reached out, “Your hand, please. Before we go any farther.”
Doors, he thought, were odd occurrences in dark, natural caves… but then, the Velvet Room’s door could appear anywhere. Perhaps this doorway was something like that — a portal to an ethereal plane. “Old… Arcadios?” He blinked. “You are… familiar with this place?”
"Hmmm?"
[The familiar blue clothing catches her attention, as well as the voice.]
"Oh! Theo! You're here as well?!"
[Seeing familiar faces was always something that brought her smile out.
She grasped Theo's outstretched hand, since he was offering it. Always the gentleman, Theodore. Always.]
"Well...yes. I do know this place. As this was where I was stuck beforehand. I've been here for months!"
Event Open: déjà vu like whoa
He frowned slightly. “Months? But that’s impossible. I already arrived here… what is it, a week ago? But the day before arriving here, I distinctly remember you were still there. Unless…” He sighed. “I’ve heard mention of something about time and space distortions. This might be it. … I’m sorry that I’m not very composed at the moment, but everything seems so inexplicably strange that I just can’t seem to get a grip.”
Taking a deep breath, he took up his usual expression. The smile that seemed slightly smug, but which indicated he was trying to be polite. “Give it a little bit and I’ll adjust soon enough.”
But wait…
What had she said?
“M-Mitsuru-senpai and the… and the others were… were fine. Sanada-s-senpai is around here too… ah… Minako-san… did you… did you just say you were DEAD?”
"Oh...really? It must be some kind of time thing. Since people from the same place appear at different times in general..."
[Oh...that means that Hidetoshi didn't know she was going to die at all.]
"Oh...I guess it sounds weird for a person telling you that she died. But, yes...I...died. Around graduation."
"But, don't worry about it or anything! I didn't mind dying. There was a reason to it!"
[Said reason might be hard to explain, but she will if he wants to know...]
{s c h i z o p h r e n i a}
That was rather odd! Entirely new worlds forming didn’t exactly happen over night, or at least, Terra thought so. Perhaps Minako had been asleep for a long time and just didn’t realize it? Though, Terra couldn’t make any assumptions, since she really had no evidence to base it off of… “Oh! Ja-pan!” she eagerly chimed in. “Yes, yes! Of course I haven’t been there, but some people here I have met are from there! Is Ja-pan a very big country? Do you have ‘video-games’? What is a ‘video-game’?” oh dear, now she kept shouting out questions like Minako knew all the answers…
"Oh, you've met other people from Japan?"
"Maybe they are other people I know?"
[Of course, she has no idea there are multiple universes that are similar to hers. But that doesn't matter.]
"Uhm...Japan's not really big in size, compared to other countries in my World. But there's loooooooots of people."
[She wants to know about video games? Minako wonders why...]
"Video games are these games where we can control characters and such. And fight things! My friend Junpei really liked fighting games. So sometimes I'd play with him. He'd always get mad when I sometimes beat him."
{s c h i z o p h r e n i a}
Wait… What? She had been a part of the old Arcadios? True, Terra had only heard a small snippet about it, but she didn’t believe it to be true.
“Ah, really? I had heard something about an old Arcadios but… Well, I didn’t think it was true,” she tilted her head, studying the girl before her. “What happened to the ‘old’ Arcadios, anyway?” “Oh, and I come from a place called the World of Ruin… I made my home in a town called Mobliz, though,” still studying Minako, Terra still couldn’t shake the feeling of familiarity about her. Who was it that she reminded her of?
… Oh! That’s right! Minato; for some reason, this girl reminded her of him, though, she couldn’t say why. Their personalities and looks were quite different…
“Where are you originally from? Do you remember?”
"I really have no idea what happened to it."
[Minako tilts her head, attempting to remember about it. She can remember the buildings and such, and everything about the layout, but she can't really remember how it changed.]
"It was kinda like, I went to sleep one night, and woke up and everything was different. But, this place has some pretty serious magic. So..."
[Quite possibly it did changed overnight.]
"World of Ruin..."
"I see. The 'world' I would have been from was called 'Earth'. Specifically I came form a country called Japan, and a city called Iwatodai. But it seems we are from entirely different Universes entirely, so I don't expect you to know anything about it."
[As Minako didn't know anything about this "World of Ruin" place.]
Event Open: déjà vu like whoa
He smiled slightly. “I’m a new arrival to all of…” Without accurate words to describe the scope of the land, he simply waved one arm to gesture at everything around them. “… This.”
“Still, it’s always nice to see a familiar face.” Especially when that familiar face belonged to a friend, and not someone who would egg him on. People could be so irritating, which is why it was good that Minako had arrived here.
… Wait.
“… You’ve been here before? Several months ago?” Admittedly, the teen didn’t know all that much about Minako’s social life, but surely something as dramatic as going to a place like this would have registered in his memory.
Or was it some sort of weird time displacement? … Huh.
"It's good to see you too!"
[It was always good to see someone from her past life, especially since Hidetoshi actually remembered her...]
"Well, yes...I've been trapped in Arcadios for months."
[Which reminded her...]
"How has Iwadotai been? I mean, before I ended up in Arcadios, I was...dead. So..."
[She thought it better not to mention anything about seals or similar. Hidetoshi didn't know anything about Personae.]
"Had you heard anything about my friends? The ones who lived in my dorm. Perhaps what Mitsuru-senpai was doing?"
Time to figure things out [[zodiakos open]]
It was time to do some exploring.
Akihiko had wandered around quite a bit, but it was time to figure out where exactly everything is for future reference. He had already met a couple of other people, and he could see this place was booming with life. Might as well get familiar with his new, and hopefully temporary, home. Akihiko wasn’t sure how to feel about this place—it didn’t seem too bad at the moment, but….
The silver haired male was determined to learn this area until he knew the place like the back of his hand. At the moment he was in Polis, wandering around aimlessly As he rubbed his temples. He remembered Souji telling him that his friends were around…it got Akihiko thinking.
Does that mean his friends are here? Any of them?
He sighed—he might as well acquaint himself with more people, anyways. Whether anyone he knew was here or not, he had to adapt. Akihiko grumbled slightly, looking around at all the old style of the buildings. It was like nothing he’s ever seen before—like he was in some story book.
Oh well.
[Seeing a familiar face was always good. Especially when that familiar face was someone from your own world!]
"Akihiko-senpai!"
[She ran up to him, with a giant grin on her face!]
"I'm so glad to see you are safe! Did you just appear in this place?"
[The thought of 'will he remember me?' crossed his mind, but only for a second. She was too happy seeing one of her old friends.]

Magoichi swore he saw that outfit somewhere. The black school uniform with the strange black and while circle pin…who was he thinking of? It wasn’t someone he met recently…it had to be some guy in the past, since he’d remember any lady’s face in seconds.
“Akihiko!” He said rather audibly, passerbyers and other unfortunate souls in eye-shot turning their heads to see what idiot yelled that loud enough so other countries heard him. He still had to work on that… “Sorry everyone! No need to get all…mad or whatever.”
Most people groaned and left, but the poor victim who reminded him of Akihiko stood where she had from the beginning. Score two for the guys back home!
“I’m sorry miss, I probably scared ya, shouting when I looked at ya. It’s just that uniform you got reminded me of this kid I met who doesn’t know a thing about women.” Akihiko’d punch him in the gut if he heard that; thank heavens he wasn’t here right now.
[Minako hears someone calling Akihiko's name. Where is Akihiko? She looks around, and doesn't see him. But it seems a man is looking at her?
Oh, he recognizes her uniform.]
"You know Akihiko Sanada?"
['Doesn't know anything about woman?']
"Well, my Senpai is pretty shy around girls, yes."
Event Open: déjà vu like whoa
Earthquakes. An unfortunately common occurrence in Japan, which meant that every student knew what to do in the case of these unfortunate natural disasters. Hidetoshi could even remember the various times he’d had to reprimand people for improper conduct during earthquake drills, and the condescending smile he’d worn when they’d been caught during fairly minor earthquakes screaming and bawling their eyes out. But that was when he’d been arrogant about his job. A job that he wouldn’t undertake anymore, starting next year.
He had been trying to assist with the aftermath of the quakes as befitted his responsibilities, but unbeknownst to him it was in the same area as Minako-san. What an odd twist of fate. Unfortunately, Hidetoshi hadn’t seen her until the red head’s curiosity had gotten the better of her. “What in the world… is that Minako-san?”
And so he had followed her behind that door, and found himself in this… place. As unfamiliar as the other had been. But apparently she recognized it. But how? Still, those questions could come later. Right now, the grey-haired teen was just glad that he had found a familiar face.
“Minako-san… it’s good to see you again. But where are we?”
"Huh?"
"Oh, Hidetoshi-kun! I had no idea you were in Arcadios!"
[Minako looks around again, in the area that had been very familiar to her before. Before it disappeared for unknown reasons...]
"This is what Arcadios looked like months ago...I have no idea why this has appeared."
...
"Perhaps we have gone back in time?!"
{s c h i z o p h r e n i a}
It seemed as if the girl was having another internal argument… Could there really be demons inside this girl’s head? If so, could Terra help in any way? She certainly hoped so, it was awful to see her so… Uneasy. “No, I’ve been here for a month or so… I’ve sort of lost track of time,” she sheepishly admitted. “I’m guessing you’ve been here for a while, Minako?” of course, she could be entirely wrong, but… Well, her gut told her otherwise.
"Yes, yes. I've been here for many months. Back when Arcadios looked much different. And then most people disappeared before people started appearing again..."
"This place is rather strange in that."
[Considering no one is really 100% on what is going on. They know something happened to the places they came from.
...maybe.]
"So...where did you come from originally?"
[Perhaps she was from a world like hers? Though, probably not Japan. Maybe North America?]
