The work of Levalet

Artist Charles Leval, aka Levalet creates wheat-pasted characters that cleverly interact with their surroundings. The characters are places all over Paris, often using architectural elements to bring the characters to life.

Uzun suredir dusundugum bir projeydi. Beyaz duz bir bluz uzerine ince orgu ipliginden dikerek isledim. Oncesinde kursun kalemle yazdim ki izi kaybetmeyeyim. Harfleri özellikle büyüklü küçüklü yaptım el yazısı izlenimi vermesi için.  That was a project I was thinking on it. I used thinnest sewing yarn for pattern. Beforehand I draw the lines to follow the pattern sharply. I write the letters in different sizes on purpose to give handwriting effect.
