This rule says that only those private airlines full or low cost can fly to international networks, which have at least 20 aircraft and have been operating in domestic sector for five years. Many new airlines both low cost and full cost have come up in recent years. These airlines are demanding the removal of this rule, which is restricting them from offering service to passengers. They view is that this rule is creating monopoly on international network of low cost and private airlines.
