Raspberry Champagne Floats

Make Valentine’s Day even sweeter with our recipe for Raspberry Champagne Floats.

The essentials: 1 pint raspberry sorbet 1 bottle of your favorite bubbly 1. Freeze 4 oz. individual scoops of raspberry sorbet onto a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Freeze scoops for a minimum of one hour. 2. Place frozen sorbet scoops into champagne flutes. 3. Pour chilled champagne over sorbet and serve. (Yields 4 drinks)

Garnish with a fun drink marker & enjoy with someone special.

It's time to give a shit about what I look like on my wedding day. The big day is officially 8 months away and if I want to look my best I need to get it in gear now. I've been hiding behind the fact that my dress doesn't really require me to lose weight. But it's time to admit that I want my arms to be toned and my face to look thin. Also I want to FEEL good on that day. I know I can't work myself out hard enough on my own, but I'm hesitant to drop money on some kind of class/program when I have no work out routine established. Instead I found this app called Skyfit that had classes on demand. They have workouts for spin, elliptical, treadmill and yoga. You start a class and the instructor talks you through what to do and has a soundtrack included. I did a spin and elliptical class today and it was great! I think it's a good way to ease in. Time to get serious kids. I'm getting married this year.
