What made you want to start a blog?
If you want an honest answer, it was to work on me and understanding how to develop myself? Haha, I didn’t really like being surrounded by papers and data all the time.

[No.19- Gap]
I like Gap jeans, :D so I bought two.
[No.18- Lab Cafe]
A good thing to do over the weekend is just to go to a cafe once in a while. It's relaxing, especially when it's raining. I sat on a table where there were fresh flowers placed. The sweets here is not to my standards but damn, their matcha latte was really good! Their use of cute tea cups and platters are amazing too! The seats and everything is very cozy, yet the colors were simple lab white. It's a good place to do some work :D P.s. Their toilet key is attached to a cookie cutter
[No.17- Nature and Sweets]
The theme for the study bullet journal today is quite random. Just some nature, clouds, blues, and browns. :D Not really simple, but I was just mashing up what I had in the scrap box.
[No.16- Law Quad Library]
This library, I thought, would be the scariest place in the world. It is rumored that if you even drop a pencil, the librarians will curse you (or give you a look lol). So I didn't come until Spring Break. At first I was holding a camera and these two librarians were talking. Once they saw me, I thought "holy shit they see the camera, cameras make noise- they don't like that.Ok retreat! retreat! Mission abort!" so I apologized and left. But one of them kindly told me to come over and whispered "it's ok to take pictures. We were just talking about how there's no one here." :) they were so nice~
[No.15- Law Quad]
Exploring some magical places where magical people study the ancient laws set before this earth. From the study of the old magicians and spellcasters to the modern study of using magic in forms of zero's and ones' (like me :D data science major).
[No.14- Polaroids and Rants]
In this bullet journal section, I decided to just add a fake polaroid lol (paper and special photo paper). Nevertheless it does the job nicely. I am always jealous of those with polaroids, because they have the experience of blowing the paper dry and letting the colors come through. But buying a DSLR seems like a better investment since I can print more pictures for a cheaper price :) College is already too pricy~
[No.13- Econ Notes]
Business is such a huge thing at our school. In fact, business is the ranked first in one of the most competitive minors in my engineering school. I can't say I am surprised as business usually lead to people thinking they will make good money- and they do. But at the same time I believe the concepts behind economics teach you how to live your life. Like let's say if I spent all my time studying mechanical engineering and I want to change my major into art at age of 40. Economics simply teaches you not to think of the past investments and concentrate on the "now". It's quite an efficient way of living, and kills my anxiety lol.
[No.12- Coney Island]
A restful summer is about to come. Just a few more months to go in the hardcore cold winter weather. Sigh...but then sometimes the heat makes my face red and I always hate putting on sunblock. Maybe Spring or Fall is the best weather in the end ~
[No.11- Hardware Greys]
Combination of some Muji and American made sewing kit! Colors inspired by the industry system. Sewing is so fun~ but it makes your fingers have these blotchy imprints that hurts if you sew too tight!Sewing is also a major destressor, so make sure you guys do something besides studying! Especially the second term seniors, chillax!
You guys may think New York City has no nature of any sort. Not true. Central park is full of greens, but not only is it just any normal park, there's a zoo! Being a childish adult, I really love their petting zoos. I like their exhibitions a lot as well as some birds are allowed to roam as they please!- like this duck who decided to say hi.
Many people think clothes aren't a big part of studying, but it is. If you have oversized pants that keep slipping as you walk or uncomfortable clothes, the brain will start becoming more distracted. Then how can you study!? Same with stationary, you have to have good stationary to concentrate on your academics! That's why it's important to invest in comfortable clothes. Uniqlo, a Japanese brand, is a great company that emphasizes on comfort and simplicity. The clothes they make are simple pieces that can be combined with other pieces from formal skirts to jeans!
While I was going back to New York City, I found some good stationary that I left back in my house. Digging around, I found my old trustworthy pencil sharpener and favorite Mono eraser pen. The gold plated bookmarks were super cute and super cheap in Hong Kong! So majestic right? Sometimes I feel like stationary can be like how girls buy makeup. You spend a ton of money and in the end sometimes you don't even use the whole product (*cough* erasers...*cough*).
