Okayyy

So idk how many people know this but I have maladaptive daydreaming. Basically it's like sever daydreaming cause by a whole bunch of shit that happened to me when I was younger and now I daydream to get away from it. These daydream are often made bc outside influence. Like a show, or a post, or something that someone said and I'll go on a tangent for like 7 hours.

So with that being said I kinda wanna write them ig so I have like six prompts I could write. So if u don't mind I'd would like y'all to choose.

These are the options:

1: gray cheated on me, I came from college I was already 4 months pregnant. I went to see his fam for Christmas and stuff happened after 🤭

2: Some girl claimed gray was the father of her child We were in college.

3: Drunk hooking up with gray in college He lived off campus, did it in some other guy's bed

4: Left for France Italy and Greece because e and k went to aus

5:Went to Palm springs, Miami and Vegas bc there was snow storm in jersey couldn't go back for Christmas, Ethan left early so he got to be there.

6:Early 2000s I see e walk down the street, my friend thinks he's cute so I call him over n I give him our pager numbers(nvr even had one) and he gives mine to gray.

7: I'm in my car with my friend and I see gray in the other lane and I say "yo can I get in your car" and then we go to road trip.

8: we fuck in a janitors closet. Then got kicked out of school

9: he got shot and I had to take care of him.

You inwardly groaned at the idea of him placing a collar around your throat, making demands, and crawling toward him on your knees. Shit, you thought, thighs clenching. This fucking man had been in your fantasies ever since you began working together. That was two years ago. Why Dr. Raynor is a Shitty Therapist

OK, so nobody asked for this but I haven’t seen any posts about it (and when I have they’re like “yes!! normalize therapy!!”) and as someone who has been in therapy and has studied therapy (at a basic level), I needed to bring up how TERRIBLE of a therapist Raynor seems to be from her interactions with Bucky. (Please note I’m not an expert.)

Let’s assume for a second that Raynor is attempting to implement a cross between person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioural therapy. One of the most important components of most therapies is the therapeutic alliance, which is the relationship between the therapist and client. In person-centered therapy, this is key, and one of the major goals of therapy is to create a safe emotional climate. This consists of 3 conditions:

- Genuine acceptance: A therapist should be honest and spontaneous, not phoney or defensive. - Unconditional Positive Regard: A therapist should show complete non-judgmental acceptance of the client as a person. - Empathy: Therapists must provide accurate empathy for the person.

I don’t know if you’ve picked up on this, but Raynor has kind of - how do I put this? - failed on all three cornerstones of person-centered therapy.

She exhibits a lack of unconditional positive regard and lack of empathy: Raynor constantly seems to be putting Bucky down, whether is be in her choice of words or tone of voice. In the very first scene we see with her, she’s extremely sarcastic, telling him things like “We’ve been doing this long enough that I can tell when you’re lying” and “the government needs to know that you’re not going to…” and (imitates a hitting motion). When Bucky doesn’t speak about his nightmares, she semi-threatens him by starting to write in her notebook - Bucky isn’t empathetically prompted to speak, he feels forced into opening up for fear of being written up as less sane than he is. When Bucky hands over his phone, she berates him for not having “ten phone numbers on this thing.” This absolutely disregards the need to create an empathetic space in the therapeutic relationship and alienates Bucky further during the session, making him defensive. And the kicker:

“I’m the only person you’ve called all week. That is so sad.”

If your therapist ever says anything along the lines of this to you, I’d advise you to walk out. Though Raynor understands Bucky’s past and current predicament, not once in the series so far do we see her display genuine empathy or create a safe space for Bucky to heal from his trauma. Instead, she creates a hostile, judgmental environment.

Things don’t improve in the Sam-Bucky session either: She doesn’t debrief them on why she’s implementing the couple’s therapeutic techniques and fails to explain why and how it would be helpful. She even says “How old are you?” When witnessing their staring contest, effectively failing to maintain a professional therapeutic environment.

This is just a ramble off the top of my head, but god, Raynor sucks. She fails in most aspects of creating a safe space/therapeutic alliance and I wouldn’t be surprised if she has unresolved issues of her own that prevent her from being an effective therapist to Bucky. All of this is to say that IF YOUR THERAPIST ACTS ANYTHING LIKE DR. RAYNOR, GET OUT !!

For all we hate John Walker for, taking Bucky out of Dr. Raynor’s care may have been for the best.

✨Astrology Observations Pt.1✨

Hey guys! My name is Leo and it’s my very first time to make a personal astrology observation post. I can’t wait to share my knowledge and understanding in this certain topic to everyone✨

⚠️Sidenote⚠️: Please take this with a grain of salt for not all of my personal observations will resonate you entirely.

✨Mercury in the 9th house/9th house stellium can indicate someone who wants to experience new things atleast once. (Example: wants to try skateboarding, learning another language, traveling to another country)

✨Venus-Mars aspects(especially conjunct) can give off both masculine and feminine energy.

✨Personal observation but I noticed most Aquarius moons tend to like playing games that are unusual and not as famous compared to other games. They can also be really passionate about gaming.

✨Gemini placements are so good at multitasking and juggling as much ideas as they can. I could never😭😭

✨Out of all the fire x air dynamic, Leo is the most committed and loyal but also the only sign that has tendencies of holding grudges. On the other hand, out of all the water x earth dynamic, Pisces is the most free-spirited and tends to move on quickly.

✨If you are having a bad day and need a lot of compliments and support to make you happy call a Leo or Libra rising.

✨Mars in the 6th house tends to overwork themselves to get rid of stress because this can be their way of distracting themselves from their own personal problems, this can also apply to Mars in the 10th house and Virgo Mars as well.

the moon signs at their darkest hour

aries moon: you lash out on things you told yourself you’d keep in control of. you say some harsh things that you’d thought you’d keep hidden, lashing out on commitments, you say you won’t do it “next time”but now there is no one to blame but you, after all that monster is part of you.

leo moon: you feel your ego crashing down and that you really aren’t happy with yourself. you try to distract yourself by shopping or superficial techniques you helplessly try to make it seem as you have it control and that you love yourself only to be constantly filled with insecurities / jealousy that lies deep within you. as if humans were made to be perfect

sagittarius moon: the motto that it will be okay vanishes and you face the harsh reality of things. you try desperately to make it seem as you have it together and you don’t need guidance. you slowly start to drift from friends but still trying to play it off as if you’re “busy” or as in you will be fine. haven’t you learned that not everything is beautiful?

libra moon: you feel as if there was a heavier rock on the other balance, you try to help others still with their own issues neglecting your own. you start to overthink the littlest thing that never have met an importance to you, but you still don’t focus on yourself but on others & you start to neglect your own beauty. you only have yourself in the end of the day.

gemini moon: one minute you’re feeling what you call as “okay” the next minute you know you need help. you try your best to find out why you’re feeling this way and why whatever happened happened and what is the lesson / meaning. sometimes there is no meaning you just have to feel gemini moon. let the emotion side dig in. it’s okay to just cry there is no “reason”. nothing is silly.

aquarius moon: you try to convince yourself it’s nothing & you escape reality and detach from things at least you think you’re detached. your issues don’t leave when you “detach” it’s still in the back of your mind. don’t you know just because you’re not crying that it’s not affecting you? you keep this “i’m cool vibe” but deep down there is wounds that you keep open.

pisces moon: you start to believe your lies and you block your intuition. you start to believe that your reflection on the mirror is shattered and that is “not you”. memories from the past come rushing back and you suddenly feel as you’re not part of reality, hello are you here pisces? you start to believe it’s them not you. oh pisces, we’ve been here before.

cancer moon: you isolate yourself from friends but not completely cause you care, but there is a shell that is covered with extra walls. you know people can’t understand what’s up but you keep it that way because something broke a part of your safe wall. you start to believe that you should just never put down your wall and what you call “your safe place”. It’s okay to be vulnerable, eat your favorite cookies.

scorpio moon: your thoughts are racing and they’re not pretty ones, you think of things that are hurtful and you know they are but you fall back into this hurtful pattern and you feel vengeful. “i’m wronged and i should do something about it” you become secretive but vengeful. you work alone on your next plan of disaster and not telling anybody. you become the unexplainable for a bunch.

virgo moon: you point out flaws in yourself and everyone else around you, you feel guilt for thinking such things. you try to control everything by doing things that make you feel as in you’re “control”. you don’t want to lay in bed and rot, but maybe letting out helps. you’re scared of pressing the button of letting go of controlling and feeling whats inside you because you feel as if you are in a system where you have to be perfect, break out of it find an escape route through a map and you shall find yourself again.

taurus moon: you start to neglect advice & emotional support. you ignore all the “negative” of you and you don’t take steps to become more positive because you as feel as if it would just go away with time. you distract yourself with beauty manners as clothes, shopping, comfort. you believe feeling beautiful and comforted in a materialistic way will help you but what do you truly need? You need guidance and the will to let go off old patterns and things that don’t serve you what you call as your “comfort”.

capricorn moon: you start to overwork yourself and neglect things that once brought you joy hoping for a new renewal for yourself and that you’ll just “be better, if you do this and that” you try to put a routine on your emotions and put a structure on them that will start slowly falling down because they need to break free, you start viewing your problems as worse than others. you try to change yourself completely instead of working on what is wrong. you don’t need to be “better” , be you.
