Imagine the most incredible version of yourself. Close your eyes and picture her. What does she look like? Smell like? How does she laugh? What’s her energy like? What type of house does she live in? How does she feel everyday? How does she react when shit doesn’t go right? Now you’ve got the vision. Keep reminding yourself of it each day by closing your eyes, and connecting with this vision. Write it down. Because what you’ll start to see is that you will start to become the most incredible version of yourself that you imagined.
so i didn't count my calories for the weekend, i know i should but im too ashamed. im gonna be starting this diet tomorrow and doing all of these workouts , ill keep u guys updated on my weight (non of the pics are mine)

130kcal for an ENTIRE chocolate cake
If you’ve already seen this recipe on MPA, it’s because I posted it there a while back. Anyway, here it is:
Ingredients
20g all-purpose flour (72.8)
10g cocoa powder (22.8)
2 egg whites (34)
40g allulose (14)*
Total Calories: 143.6kcal
*You can, of course, use zero-calorie sweetener if you’d like. The resulting cake will be 129.6kcal.
Instructions
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and add in the allulose in 2-3 stages, mixing well between each addition. Continue to beat to form stiff peaks.
Fold in the flour and cocoa powder, being careful not to knock out too much air from the meringue.
Put the batter into a cake tin, flatten out the surface (or don’t and get an ugly cake), and bake in a preheated, 170˚C oven for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven but leave the cake in there for 10 more minutes.

my reasons why
ok im making a list of all the reasons i want to be skinny to look back on when i want to binge/make bad decisions
- to be comfortable and confident in my body
- to prove that I can do it to everyone who thinks I’m chasing some unattainable goal
- to wear whatever i want and not plan my outfit according to bloating
- to wear a swimsuit and be confident in it
- to not feel like a whale around my next bf/gf
- to not have thigh/back fat chafing when i run
- to not have my family/friends make comments whenever i eat anything
- to feel like i deserve to teach fitness classes and teach nutrition at uni
- to like what i see in the mirror
- to be able to eat what i want sometimes and not have it ruin the day
- to enjoy moments and events without being hyperfocused on my body
- to see my collarbones/ribs/spine/sternum/cheekbones/jawline
- to feel light and delicate
- to sit in people’s lap/have people pick me up and say how light i am
- to be thinner than my sister
- to be thinner than my best friend
- to run without this extra weight jiggling and slowing me down
- to be desired and envied instead of pitied
- to wear other people’s clothes without worrying if it will fit
- to visit friends/family i haven’t seen in a while and them to notice my weight loss
if i think of more ill add them, this is just my list and not meant to trigger/offend anyone!!
what am i gonna tell people when they ask how i lost the weight
okay so there’s a few people following me particularly for my 12 day diet and i would recommend NOT doing it bc it’s harmful and dangerous. kinda funny since i’m still doing it but then again i hate myself so that’s probably why lol. anyway i’m just gonna list the days and what i’ll eat/not eat and exercise.
day 1,4,7,10 : fast/10,000 steps/sit-ups
day 2,5,8,11 : fast/100 blueberries/10,000 steps/sit-ups
day 3,6,9,12 : 500 calories/10,000 steps/sit-ups
i changed it up a bit from the photo below to be a little more safe and if you can’t fast the full 48 hours that’s okay! i couldn’t do it yesterday either. i’m gonna try again tomorrow and thursday and this time i finish it. i lost 3lbs over night and i’ll do it again :) also if you want to add variety to the eating days just do 500 for day3 ,600 for day 6, 500 for day 9, and 400 for the last day.
This is really just for me to be able to look back on. Still a long way to go but at least I’m not at the start. About a 10 month and 60 pound difference, same clothes as top left
