Minato’s eyes were glued to Kushina’s as she silently processed his words, staring down at their hands as she continued to blush furiously and ponder. He was caught off guard as the redhead outburst, but he was not expecting this. His breath hitching in his throat. “Pregnant..?… I’m going to be a father?” He breathed, eeling surreal. One of his  dreams was coming true.  After moments of standing there staring at her in shock, he suddenly grabs Kushina and hugs her tight, laughing as his eyes geared up joyfully,”We’re going to be parents!” He couldn’t resist placing a kiss on her pretty lips, grinning like a fool as her cheeks reddened even more. He was going to be a dad. All thanks to Kushina. He was going to work harder now to support and protect his beloved girlfriend.

Kushina laughed at his reaction a bit,and as he pulled her to the air, said, excited…”Hell yeah! We’re gonna be parents’dattebane!”

As they kissed passionately and happy, and holding hands, looking to each other, smiling, and with reddish cheeks, hot as fire…suddenly, she felt a bit nauseous, and with the head all spinny….”M-Minato..I think..you..exxagereted on the spinning…”’

"Parents. I love the way that sounds," Minato mused, squeezing her hands and meeting her blue eyes lovingly. It wasn't until she started swaying when he finally noticed she looked a little pale and nauseated. "Ah... Gomen, Kushina-chan!" He immediately apologized, his eyes widening in fear watching her stumble slightly. Scrambling to steady her, he wraps an arm around her waist and pulls her to his side carefully,"Tell me when you feel better and we'll go.. I didn't mean to upset your head." He pressed a kiss to her too-hot forehead, an apologetic smile on his lips.

“Kids?” Minato blinked at her sudden question,”I love kids. I treat my students like they are my own children. It’s a huge commitment, but it’s something I’d want.” He gave her a long look, his curiosity peaking. Honestly, he wanted children. He wanted a small family he could depend on, and have pride in protecting.  Being a ninja made children a complication, but it wasn’t impossible. Longer missions would take time away from his family. Minato had thought about the possibility with Kushina, but he wouldn’t admit it just yet. He was afraid of scaring her away with such a huge commitment. Secretly, he hid a ring, waiting until he felt he was ready to pop the question. Her rejection was what he feared most. His girlfriend always told him over-thinking would be the death of him. Kushina was watching for his reaction carefully for some reason. Her eyes betrayed her uncertainty. His heart caught in his throat. What made her bring up kids suddenly?

Kushina analyzed Minato’s expressions, and couldn’t say what was going through his mind at all…..he seemed deeper in thought….But sooner or later Kushina would have to tell him the news..and, the more she waited the more nervous she was…but..would he accept the idea? Indeed, he treated his students with such comprehension and tenderness but…were they really ready for this huge step in their lives?

Kushina looked again to him, and tryin to break up the sudden silence and work up the courage , she just took his hands in a fast move, facing him, eyes on eyes… and, while blushing heavily, making an awkward, extremely embarrassed, face. and  with her heart really beating up very fast, from all this tension, as like it would come out of her body, at any second…..she just tried to spell it all out to Minato.

I'm officially 16. Wow. I never thought I'd live to see my 16th birthday, honestly. So this is kind surreal. SPOILER ALERT AHEAD: And thanks Kishimoto for the AMAZING birthday present; a Naruto update that even has my muse in it~ so thanks. Oh and SASUKE'S BACK. YES. I'm so happy. Like. “Okay..”As the leaves swirled around them, Minato couldn’t help feeling enchanted. “Heh… Remember that day, Kushina?” Minato asked, watching her play with one of the cherry blossom petals fondly,”When we were still in the Academy? After I saved you from those kidnappers, I brought you out here. I remember it so well. Your were so pretty back then.. I guess when I was younger I didn’t realize that I had fallen in love with you,” he found himself blushing, reaching to touch her hair tenderly. In his mind, he remembered when she had declared she wanted to become Hokage.

“You became everything I wanted. You made me stronger. I guess.. What I’m trying to say is thank you for everything.”

Kushina just..couldn’t react at all..She was in a loss for words..She didn’t know how to answer him..Those confessions made Kushina really helpless and extremely embrrassed….She blushed, turning all her face, red…”Hmm! me too! ..We were pretty baka when we were at those ages! ”

Suddenly, she thinks a bit ..”well, i guess..it passed all this time…so..might as  well, tell him now…” she thought, blushing a little..

//Hey guys. It's been maybe a week and a half since I've been on here... I feel awful about that. Im so sorry for disappearing. I'll reply to everyone ASAP, I promise. I've kind of had a tough week. Between exams and my parents, I haven't had time. My phone was taken for several days, and I can only get on tumblr through my phone :( and then my parents decided to throw me into therapy. I am never going back there. I was in therapy three years ago.. I don't want to go back.  I know these are all ridiculous reasons for disappearing... But hopefully you guys understand I couldn't be here for a while.. But sometimes personally things happen. Thank you for understanding and being so patient. Love you guys :)
