After not working for two months i will start a new job sometime this month. It was a job i wanted a few yrs back. Not necessarily for the pay or even benefits; however, it does better align with the type of stuff i prefer to use my time for.

The big thing here is that i’m trying to not beat myself up for time lost and wasted. Some days I question it all. The joys of past interests/hobbies seem painfully distant these days. Perhaps the reason is Aging—getting tossed out of my 20s like the end of an tiring & humid bar crawl, resulting in everyone heading home until the next thing. Or the minor episodes of melancholy that have cleverly followed me since adolescence. The web of all this. Do I know how to be 31 and beyond? It requires a different discipline, I suppose.
