So this kind of fits in with yoga – because the spirit of yoga is all about adventure, right? For the summer solstice Jen and I went off on a micro adventure, sleeping out under the stars in Kent. Monday 4 May is a bank holiday – and there won’t be any yoga on that day. I’ll be hurtling back on a train to Glasgow from an adventure cycle. Planning to pedal from Inverness to Fort William. Which should be ace, if the weather holds.
