Estrogen Day 182

11/04/25

Took my estrogen first today by accident. Took that at 9:25 and my t blocker at 11:45. My skin felt uuultra sensitive as a result but it was so good tho!!! Today is my six months on hrt and oh my goodness I've come so far!!!! I also kinda think there's not much more updates I can give on a daily basis without this just becoming my diary, so I'm gonna keep doing this but at a weekly rate I think. It'll be easier to manage that way hehe!!! <33333

Jane and I had a nice takeout and I was just so exhausted coming off my full day at work. Really needed that and really needed her as usual. I love her. She's changed my life in so many different ways that I can't even begin to thank her for <333

Took my t blocker at 11:25 and my e at 13:05. So much pointless crap keeps happening in work and I'm kinda just playing catch up all the time to help resolve stuff but oh welllll. I caught myself in the mirror while getting changed and oh my god my boobs look so big and good?? Like what the fuck

Took my t blocker at 11:40 and my e at 12:55. Really getting burnt out on a lot of work stuff lately tbh, kinda just exhausted all the time. Had a nice catch up over text with some friends but that was about it. Cuddling with Jane and being able to sleep in a lil is so nice <33

Took my t blocker at 11:10 and my e at 12:50. Work today was super slow and dull. Afternoon shifts so it wasn't too bad, but I clearly missed a lot and was playing catch up all day. I was super exhausted and just didn't care by the end of shift. Jane and I watched some Kamen Rider when we both got home and it was nice <33

Took my t blocker at 10:50 and my e at 16:25. Monday was pretty quiet and dull tbh. My boobs are suuuper sensitive tho omgg !!!!! my skin feels amazing I love that hehehe

Estrogen Day 177

Took my t blocker at 14:55 and my e at 19:40. Jane and I finally were able to sleep in together and I was out like a baby for half the morning. I really needed it. I love her so much, you all have no idea. Holding her in my arms, getting held, feeling so safe. We were finally able to have that intimacy after what felt like so long and I missed that <333 in the afternoon we went round to her family's house for games and then dinner, and it was so yummy. I love getting included and her mum made a comment about how I'm still new to the family. It kinda shook me up ngl. The thought of me being included in their family is insane, they're all so lovely to me and I love them for that. It really makes me realise even more than what I thought about my childhood and family isn't okay. Jane and I had to go early enough as she had an early morning start tomorrow, and I loved holding her as she fell asleep <3333

Estrogen Day 176

Took my t blocker at 9:45 and my e at 13:30. Covered the full day again in work and it went kinda okay?? A lady threw her purse at me and I was so fucking angry about that lmaooooo. I'm super demoralised and burnt out with work, I want another job as sometimes they forget how crucial I am to the running of the place, but equally don't know how respected I'd be if I changed professions - if I even got that chance. I was super bummed out afterwards and Jane and I crashed on the sofa watching a film in the evening. She always makes me feel sooo much better

Estrogen Day 175

Took my t blocker at 9:55 and my e at 14:10. Work was HAHAHAH oh oops. I was only meant to be in for the morning but ended up having to pull an emergency all day shift as a colleague didn't feel okay so I had to do two people's jobs. It was kinda stressful and not at all what I was mentally prepared for ya know? I don't get why you'd come into work if you felt a bit sick anyway. Talked to my boss about tomorrow and she asked me to cover the whole day too, which means out of my two full day and three half day shifts this week, I'd be doing four full days and one half day. It's the first week of the summer rota and I kinda feel like I'm getting thrown in the deep end. I need the money but I was sooo not mentally prepped for that, let alone physically. It's just kinda a lot to deal with, especially with how sore I'm getting lately. I'm not sure if that's a HRT thing but my body is just exhausted.

Estrogen Day 174

Took my t blocker at 9:30 and my e at 15:05. I only had the half day today at work - I was offered to swap shifts for the afternoon but this would be the first afternoon Jane and I had together in a lil while, and I turned the offer town as I wouldn't get anymore money out of it so kinda abandoned them lmaooooo. But I changed into nice summer clothes as it was bright and sunny out and Jane and I went on a walk, getting some lunch !!! <333 Her shift finished about the same time mine did so we spent the day together and had such a laugh

Took my t blocker at 9:25 and my e at 13:50. Again had a full day at work but it was alrighhhht enough? Kinda killed me by the end of the day but I got everything I needed to do done. Kinda just wish people would listen to me though as I give it my all and sometimes that isn't enough for other staff members I guess hehe. Jane and I did a big walk after work and it was so so nice !!! <3333 she always makes things better. We've been watching Star Trek and building our lil Dalek and making our flat a home and I love her so much

Estrogen Day 172

Took my t blocker at 9:20 and my e at 13:50. First day of the summer hours in work and I was on the full day. It wasn't too bad, it was kinda dull for a bit and there was a lot of stock checking that needed done - something apparently due the previous day but no one told us on the ground level about it last week so we obviously couldn't prepare?? Haha oh welll. I was exhausted by the time I got back from work and Jane always makes me feel better <3

My boobs are so so sensitive lately and my skin feels really tingly, like in a good way ofc?? Growth!!!! My skin is changing omgggg i hope it means less body hair growth is coming soon

Estrogen Day 171

31/03/25

Took my t blocker at 12:00 and my e at 22:15. Jane had work in the afternoon so we went out in the morning to pay council tax and have some breakfast. We went to one cafe that kinda sucked and had awwwwful customer service so we abandoned and went to another place !! We ate far too much, and once I had walked Jane to her work and I got to the flat I almost passed out from how much food I had eaten lmaooo. But the day went by kinda quick? Missed jane a lot during the day but that’s what happens <3

Estrogen Day 170

30/03/25

Took my t blocker at 14:00 and my e at 17:10. Jane was at work all day so I slept in a bit before heading out to my parents to do some laundry. It was nice seeing them I guess? Things are still a bit ya knowwww. When I picked up jane we went over to her parents for dinner and it was so yummy!!! I played a game with her nephew and step brother and it felt so nice. I’m still not used to being part of the family as such but it’s really really nice to be included :33

Estrogen Day 169

29/03/25

Took my t blocker at 17:15 and my e at 20:55. Jane and I got our new e shipment in yesterday but I forgot to restock my bag with them, so I ended up taking them all really late after I got home from work. Work itself was so stressful and exhausting, doing a half hour overtime :((( and jane had a rough day too so we cuddled and watched bugs life together. I love her. She’s changed my life so much and I hate when she has a bad day :((

Incidentally, the new HRT is 4mg of Estrofem and they come in a cool new packet!!!!! Woo!!!!

Took my t blocker at 10:25 and my e at 14:05. Work was kinda busy but oh welllll. Jane and I ate yummy food before we called some friends over discord and watched a silly film!! I love introducing her to my friends I feel so proud hehe!!! Showing my hot gf off !!!

Took my t blocker at 12:45 and my e at 17:00. Jane and I both had a day off and i was invited round for pie day at her granny’s!! Honestly being invited almost made me cry it meant so much. I wanna be part of her family so bad. They were all so nice and i saw the funny doggies !!! Dressed up nice and tried to look cute hehe. Afterwards we tidied up the flat and my mum came round!! I was wearing a skirt and made a point not to change. She smiled when she realised i was wearing one and her and Jane really hit it off again !!! Mums making a lot of progress with the whole trans thing but I’m still weary of it. The way i was treated early in the year, how she made me homeless, it’s not something I’m ever going to forgive her for. But i like it with her and Jane talk. It’s something i never thought i would have and it’s real nice!!!
