Gracie Barra, Termini, Rome

The trip to Rome from Phuket turned out to be one of the worst in the last two years. We had two flights with a stopover in New Delhi that lasted a total of 17 hours. Then, our cabbie dropped us of at the wrong spot and we had to drag our 70 kilos of luggage 2 kilometers, uphill, on a basalt stone street before finally arriving at our hostel.

  So, what does one do when living in Rio de Janeiro, but the gym is closed!!?? Well…there is literally a ga-jillion things to do in Rio! It’s a big city with a lot to offer.  Though some schools are open on weekends, the DLR Academy is not and so it gives the perfect opportunity to recuperate and get some quality sight-seeing in!
