hi i havent drawn anything in a long while........ i thought id compile all my dqb2 pieces into one long post mostly for myself to look at :]

every (finished) piece i've made for this game roughly in order from oldest -> newest :D i think the dates run from 2023 to 2025

@masterofsmallscaledestruction held a Mother's Day event in which fans were asked to draw their builder and Malroth to go up on Hellen's fridge.

Anyway, here are my two doofuses in a photobooth (or something more world appropriate). One is definitely a greater danger to the other.

I was thinking Warrior for Malroth but for crea maybe summoner? Simply bc of the battle emote the smn does.. but maybe. For both builders, paladin? 🤔

thinking about how malroth would probably live way longer than builder and when builder passes, he gets really heart broken but keeps up a tough and cheery facade. he wouldn't forget them, he never can because everywhere he would be going has something that the builder built and left behind. Every building, ever structure, every field... everyday he's reminded that builder is gone...

also thought abt that maybe after the builder he knows passes, he protects the next builders and their creations...

outfits I put builder in and some malroth upper body study that I'll probably never do again. anyway, I really like the training togs and the flowy dress with those hair. super cute

I've been thinking up of AUs for them n putting them in situations so far soul eaters been popping up in my head

also been trying to figure out how to draw builder n sidoh comfortably TT

anwyay soul eater au where the two meet n malroth thinks he's a meister and thinks builder is a weapon but it's actually the other way around. I think that'd be funny LOL (daydreams)

I don't have a firm thing abt the au but just that and the fact that sidoh always urges builder to pick a fight or drag them into it bc he's itching for one 😭

personally I'm also not that much feeling the designs I made HAHA I just wanted it out but the idea of malroth weapon being a contrast to how builder dresses is funny and even vice versa! So that's staying

If builder was the weapon instead, their weapon would look silly n colorful in contrast to malroths dark or warm tones but!! he'd be careful with builder weapon 🙂‍↕️
