We are the artists of the Rune Factory 4 Zine “In Bloom”, contacting you today because we believe the organizer of the zine has no intention of fulfilling or refunding this product that you paid for. As people who inadvertently contributed to this situation by providing our art for this person’s project, we want to help you seek restitution as best we can.
Unfortunately, we do not have access to the zine paypal, and the recovery email has been changed. The organizer herself has vanished on us, so, after consulting other people who have run or participated in zines, we have decided to try to organize a mass chargeback through Paypal to attempt to get them to reopen the case and investigate despite the fact that over a year has passed. We have heard that Paypal will generally keep tabs on chargebacks for an old purchase for a 180 day window to see if more complaints are opened, and investigate from there.
We will be trying to contact all customers through every avenue available to us, and want you to regain your investment with all our hearts. If you know of anybody else who has ordered this zine, please contact them in case they do not check the email we have on file for them! Not only would we like them to know this information, we would like to ensure they receive a copy of the PDF that we believe we have completely managed to compile.
It sickens many of us to have had our art used in this way, so please help us try to finally resolve this issue in some small way.
