Mr Adam West.
After the heartbreaking loss of Mr Adam West I have been thinking alot about my life and how Batman has been a big part of it. I'm nearly 27 years old and alot of people would think I would grow out of my love for the Dark Knight but as I have grown my love for Batman has grown with me. I and many others only have certain people we can thank for our love of Batman but when it all boils down to it, would we still have this love if not for Adam West and his portrayal of the Bright Knight? As I say I am too young to remember much of the Batman TV series from the 60's but that doesn't stop my love for it, I was raised hearing that famous voice from Kevin Conroy in the 90's Batman Animated Series until that was until my mother sat me down and introduced me to Mr Adam West and Burt Ward as the dinamin duo. I will always be thankful to my mother for such an memorable introduction to the amazing career or Mr West when I was a child, and also for the introduction to my love of comic books in general. Now I understand not many people are going to read this but to the five of you who do, please remember Mr West as he would of wanted to be and that's not as Batman but as a man who wanted his career to move with the time, he never wanted to become an icon, only wanted to entertain, and I say he did both. Rest in Peace Mr West, you will forever be our Brightest Knight.
