Thank you for teaching us how to see this new coffee flavor wheel. As you mentioned, we not only should identify what flavor it is and also quantify the intensity of that flavor. Next time i would cup coffee and then base on the coffee wheel to describe what flavor i think it should be. Furthermore, I would taste different type of goods(just like peach syrup or powder you mentioned) in order to distinguish intensity.
