Hi, I'm a hardcore insomniac who can never sleep at night. This little blog here is basically a night time journal for me to write in when I can't sleep; one I don't care about people being able to see and read. It's a collection of quotes, pictures and random stuff that I can connect with and want to keep in a place I'll always be able to see them should the need arise. Things you and I can relate to and get some smiles from. Sometimes I'll also occasionally just jot down something I'm thinking of, or write big paragraphs about stuff on my mind, or go on long rants or whatever. Y'know, for the hell of it, eh? Yeah, life is continuing to be very boring at the moment. Now now, don’t look at me like I’m some dull, un-fun person. I’m quite the opposite, which is why I’m so bored of life right now.
What was it like before?
Well I used to be out “adventuring” with friends, doing stupid things out of the ordinary. I’d be experiencing new and interesting things, and I used to travel a lot. Things were always very eventful and even times of drama held a certain air of excitement. Even my long distance ex, despite leaving an unhealthy emotional impression on me temporarily, put a little extra thrill in life.
Now...it’s just not the same lately. Like I said before, it’s always the same mundane crap. At least I’ve found a few outlets though. Two of my friends and I signed up for boxing at a nearby gym and we go there three times a week to practice. Now THAT’s exciting! Also did a bit of rock climbing which suits me just fine, and I’d like to continue doing it.
Suppose I’ll keep my chin up though. Summer is around the corner and it’s the perfect time to get out and make something out of my youth. Traveling, I’ve gotta travel somewhere. ANYWHERE. I just want to go somewhere new for a bit! Hell, I took a walk around my neighborhood at 3:00 AM before I came home and began writing this. That’s how restless I am.

I haven’t written here in a while. It’s mostly because I’ve just had nothing interesting to write about, and also cause I’ve been busy with schoolwork and the like. Second semester has been hell on my brain, let me tell you.
So, what have i been up to lately then? Well, I got more friendly with specific people at work. Recently I had my first bush party...well it wasn’t really a bush party, more like a small get together. We all brought our respective bottles of alcohol and got pleasantly drunk in a forest near our workplace. It felt real nice just hanging out with the guys, discussing silly things, talking gossip and getting tipsy. Highlight of the night was heading to the workplace before closing and talking with the cashiers. One of my friends says interesting things when he’s drunk.
Oh also there’s a girl at work I like, but I won’t talk about that right now because fuck writing about relationships right now.
BUTTERFLY KNIFE. Bought one of those recently. Not a real one, just a trainer because here in Canada we’re not allowed to have sharp objects that are quickly deploy-able. It’s still fun to practice on it regardless, especially because I have no intentions of stabbing anyone in the near future. So far I’ve learned how to do the Quick Open technique and the Zen Rollover. Very simple stuff, but I feel proud that I do those at least.
uhhh....what else has happened lately? Fuck I dunno. Guess it’s worth mentioning that my friends and I have plans to travel around Europe once we all graduate. Must say I’m excited for that, especially because it’ll satiate my desire to travel. Hungary, France, Germany...so much places I’d love to go and we’re making it happen. Hype!
I suppose that’s it for now. I’m still wide awake because insomnia and all, but that’s nothing I’m not used to. Here’s to another night of time well wasted!
