My thoughts on the new Wimbledon 126334 project

Spent the last few days examining the details on this Wimbledon build and wanted to drop some quick observations. The biggest takeaway here is definitely the execution on the dial. The green lacquer outlines on the Roman numerals have the proper thickness and depth against that slate sunburst, which has always been a weak spot on earlier attempts. Font weight looks correct across the board, and they thankfully sorted out the alignment issues on the text.

The crystal clarity is solid with a proper black hole effect on the cyclops, and the fluted bezel cuts the light naturally without that cheap, overly warm chrome look. Under the hood, the 3235 movement clone from the VS team runs incredibly smooth. Winding feels tight, the date snaps exactly at midnight, and the power reserve easily survived over the weekend.
