How to install:

If you are going to install this ROM through another custom ROM, follow the steps in the wizard, relative to the origin. In the case that you have to flash over the stock ROM, follow these steps:

What is partially works: HW LIBS: we are using premade libs alcatel due to its device uses almost AOSP ROM AOSP and CM are compatible, and so we are trying to take advantage of the Alcatel libs to implement on our last Assembly, it was a bit of confusion, because a lot of libs, calls, so we have prepared in advance all of the encoder and decoder libs, but with succefully result. Because of this library are precompiled libs and works 100% the AOSP, some configuration files, and it does not work for CM are:

CRT animation: implelemtation CM, is not on the stock ROM from Alcatel, so the libs are not ready to work with him.

The animation screen rotation: I don't know why libsurfaceflinger is not compatible with the effect of rotation of the CM to do, so I added a configuration build., which returns a prop animation, so the rotation animation, only witout rotates as it should. If you activate the animation, green screen appears during the animation work.

CM Rendre effects: all the effects that do not render effect CM also because they were not implementend in AOSP, have not been carried out in our AOSP Alcatel libs, so it is not supported

Before asking, no, the libs will not work on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich or plus. Flash on the camera: As far as I know, I'm investiagted about weird interface and samsung have been working with flash for the camera in stock rom is not a dedicated folder for that, so I don't know yet how to implemetn CM7 camera applications.
