i'm 5'7 270... working out hasn't helped me at all LMFAO
Working out hasn’t helped you at all in what aspect?
When I work out, I feel better physically and emotionally. When I combine eating well and working out, that’s when I lose weight.

I'm 5ft and 165 lbs I've got big thighs and a tummy and pretty big arms. I know I am not healthy and tbh I'm not happy with how I look. Every time I start to work out it always falls through I can never stay motivated enough. Do you have any tips
Finding motivation is one of my biggest struggles. I’ve dieted off and on for the past few years and am back at it once again -- I hope for good! Somedays, I wake up and it’s super easy and I look forward to the gym. Other times, I dread it and make up excuses. A couple of things I have found to help is 1. Find a reliable, non-judgemental workout buddy. You guys can keep each other motivated and accountable. 2. Find a workout you enjoy. For me, I look like a fool, but I love Zumba and U-jam dance classes, and they’re offered almost daily at my gym.
What keeps you all motivated?
HI! I’m going to try my best to get some new posts up. Feel free to send in submissions/photos/stories/questions!

Hello, my name is Bethani Rose :) I’m a self-taught makeup artist & curvy fashionista whose only goal is to be a role model! I want to show people that just because you’re a little bigger doesn’t mean you need to hide behind layers of clothes & makeup! I am beyond ready to help teach people how to embrace their beautiful curves! Xo I would love if you would subscribe to my youtube channel www.youtube.com/b3fm1xo and follow my blog www.bethanirose.com Thank you so much!
I thought this was a blog for people who are actually curvy. Ugh I can't belive that it's just for fatties.
Curvy people are welcome here! Your negativity, however, is not.
Oh my God, what if you wake up some day, and you’re 65, or 75, and you never got your memoir or novel written; or you didn’t go swimming in warm pools and oceans all those years because your thighs were jiggly and you had a nice big comfortable tummy; or you were just so strung out on perfectionism and people-pleasing that you forgot to have a big juicy creative life, of imagination and radical silliness and staring off into space like when you were a kid? It’s going to break your heart. Don’t let this happen.
