You want me to believe he’s not hopelessly falling in love with her more and more when he does things like this? He force-healed her wound and then covered her with his cloak AND proceeded to gently rest his hand above the wound’s location lovingly. I am willing to bet that he was also communicating with her telepathically (and we know he can do it because we saw him do it on Brendok in the finale) in this scene, likely comforting her.

You cannot convince me he didn’t lift her bridal style and carried her back to his ship continuously looking at her the entire time, his heart racing in his chest as his eyes stayed glued to her.
