Hey! I’ve been reading BIOMY since I first finished AFTG over 4 years ago and I’ve never stopped thinking about it since! I have read thousands of fics from all different fandoms and I have never read anything that makes me feel the way that BIOMY has. Not only are you a very gifted writer in that your style is beautiful, but your grasp on the characters and everything that goes through their minds at any time is so impressive. I also have come to the realization that I am demiromantic and demisexual and your depiction of Neil has been a huge part of helping me to get to know and accept my identity. I’m also a survivor of SA and your depiction of Andrew’s healing and growth has brought me so much comfort and so much hope. I adore your interpretation of all of the canon characters and I fell in love with all of your OCs as well. The amount that my friends and family have had to listen to me rave about your work and how much it means to me is honestly absurd. rereading biomy (chomping at the bit the most excited that i get to read the entire thing aahhh) when neil says he's "not even 30" and i realised that when i first started reading biomy i was closer to neil's age in aftg but now i'm closer to neil's age in biomy. i can't imagine adopting two teenagers in the near future they are braver than me hahahha

bro i am 30 right now. the concept of having to raise two teenagers is INSANE. i can't even get a dog because who's got the money or the time, these dumbasses are getting TEENS???

so when I was in college and newly obsessed with AFTG, I was also obsessed with the band Radical Face, whose song titles I have used as BIOMY titles, and whose lyrics have often matched up so well with BIOMY events. And one of the songs was From The Mouth of an Injured Head, about someone with amnesia, who nonetheless knew that he trusted the person caring for him. And I was like... damn. Neil with Andrew. but I didn't know how to write it yet.

A year or two ago, I realized I could write it in the BIOMY universe.

Been watching tiny house hunters lately bc I'm remodeling my rv and I was hoping there would be ideas I could use but instead I got distracted not only by the absurdity of it but also by the andreil commentary my brain is running in the background. 64 square feet. Hi, so I only just caught up on BIOMY after like a year and a half (I didn't have an ao3 account when you privated it, and I had this funny thought that it had just disappeared from my life) but the last few chapters are so good! I don't know if you have any intentions of finishing it, but I wanted to say I doubt I'll ever stop rereading this fic, it's so well-written and your commitment to it for so long is inspiring. I wish you all the best in your other hobbies and pursuits, even if writing doesn't bring you the same joy anymore, and I'm grateful that you shared that joy with us for so long!
