"Pitch! What do you think you're doing here...?"
"Jaime!" Cristina hollered, wrapping her arms tight around her old friend. "I've missed you."
"Cris, my girl!" He laughed happily and gave her a little spin while in his embrace. "It’s been a long time."
"I know. I’ve missed hugging you," she said, giving his cheek a small kiss.
"B’aww, you’re too sweet." Jamie smiled bashfully, putting a hand to his cheek. "But I’ve missed you too. How’ve ya been?"
"I’ve been good," she said with a nod and a grin on her lips. "Work has been keeping me busy lately which is nice I suppose. How’s my favorite imaginary friend been?"
"Eeww." He stuck out his tongue, making a face, but was soon chuckling at himself. "Work - such adult talk. Though I suppose it is essential to keep you moving and taking part in the community or whatever."
Rawr:”Hi there!” The angel said greeting the other with excitment.

"Hello, hello to you too!" Jamie swooped down from above her, showing off his newly trained flying skills to look at her upside...

"Thanks." She snapped her fingers again landing on both her feet stumbling at bit. She laughed scratching the back of her head. "Haha. I'm pretty sure ghostly things are way more better than angel things."
"I guess it depends," he said with a shrug, "What you determine as 'better', because to an angel, my deeds might seem a bit 'unholy'."
"Jaime!" Cristina hollered, wrapping her arms tight around her old friend. "I've missed you."

"Hey, Jamie..."
"Alice." Without hesitation, he held her in a tight embrace. "So glad to see you. Things have been better, I hope..?"
She returned the hug with a grin, cat ears twitching a bit. “Yeah…I, um…have a half-brother…he lives with me now…” Alice answered. “How’ve you been?”
Pulling back slightly to look down at her, he flashed a kind smile. "That's good to hear. Better than being alone." Jamie ruffled her hair a bit than combed his fingers through his own chocolate locks. "Me? Exhausted. Times like these I really wish I could sleep."

"Hello, hello to you too!" Jamie swooped down from above her, showing off his newly trained flying skills to look at her upside down. "How’s it goin’?"
"Heeey nice flying skills!" The angel said with a big grin on her face. "I can also go upside down!" She said snapping her fingers and sunddley being upside down. "Nothin’ much just angel things." She said smileing. "What about you?"
"Huh, pretty impressive yourself!" He smirked and tumbled down to a standing position. "Just angel things? Somehow I'd think that a bit more interesting than my 'just ghostly things'."
"I have come across other spirits that befriend children who are also mistaken, but lack my ability. There are also occasions when the child just simply does have an active imagination," he answered, "I’m the ‘imaginary friend’ of thousands. I don’t see them all in one day, of course, and usually there’s some sort of schedule, but another power I have is knowing when a child needs me and where that child is. It’s like a gravitational pull. Sometimes, they could be a million miles away and mutter my name, and I’d still hear them clear as a bell. That, I think, is the most amazing thing."
"I think all of what you do is pretty amazing. You’re like a portable holodeck, in some ways." She paused and frowned, "I don’t remember you ever visiting me when I was a child… There were points where I could have definitely used the company."
"It really is kind of you to say that." Jamie then regarded her with an apologetic grin and shrugged. "I’m sorry about that, but keep in mind, I’ve only been around for so long. By the time I started straying out into the world and honing in on my powers, you probably didn’t even need me."
"I feel like I’m interrogating you, but What are the varying degrees of need for you to appear to children? I mean, why appear to one child and not another?" Kara asked and sat back in her chair, crossing her arms over her chest. "Not that I’m questioning your methods, just- all of this- you being like a Guardian and a spirit and- it’s just fascinating."
"Honestly, I don't mind it. Curiosity is only human instinct, after all. Heh, but I can understand...I asked the same questions when I was a kid." A pause before continuing, "Well in order to appear, they have to believe - not that they should automatically. But open minds and open hearts open windows to allow the magic in. If a child doesn't believe in magic or simply doesn't need me, they don't see me."
Sneaking up behind her, he blows on the back of her ear. "Boo~"
She jumped slightly, quickly turning to see who it was. “Jamie! It’s you! Gods, you gave me a heart attack!” She squealed, hugging him tight.
"It’s me!" He laughed loudly, not hesitating to return the embrace. "It’s so great seeing you again!"
"It’s good to see you, too!" She giggled, grinning up at him. "I missed you!"
"I missed you too, kiddo!" Jamie tousled her hair and, after a moment, took a respective step back. "So how’ve ya been?"
"Don’t ‘kiddo’ me!" She smirked, trying to fix her hair back. "I’m alright, I guess. It’s been quiet, though. What’ve you been up to?"
"As long as you’re younger than me, I will ‘kiddo’ you!" he teased, "And that means forever."
"Oh, you know, the usual - traveling the world without a moment’s rest, meeting hundreds of new kids. Actually, I’ve been spending a lot more time in less fortunate countries, y’know, where not every kid is sucked into an iPad or Xbox; where they could really use a spark of wonder and imagination."
“Oh, whatever.” She laughed, poking his arm.
“Nice! I need to get out there sometime. Seems like everywhere I go, kids have their noses buried in something. I’ve seen a lot more reading recently, though. That feels pretty good.”
"It sounds like you need to take a trip with me as soon as possible then, Miss Kara."
"So tell me, what fascinating books have you been burying your nose in?"

*Jack pounces on Jamie* "Hi~."
"Well, well, well…Long time, no see, tall, pale, and handsome~."
His expression faltered at the mention of North, and he clung tighter to his lover. North had to know by now. “Jack..” he spoke cautiously, hating to dampen his excitement, “Are you sure that’s a good idea?”
Although, at first, his concern seemed to go ignored, yet feeling so secure in Jack’s embrace, it was something difficult to dwell on. A minute later, he had already forgotten about it, instead nestling against the Guardian and feeling even more like a kid as he was carried all the way inside. He didn’t have the heart to tell him, You don’t have to.
Inside, Jamie gazed out over the banister, and his jaw dropped. “No way!” he squealed. The teen spirit fought the urge to jump out of his arms in order to get a closer look, but had to remind himself..Where would he even begin? To say it overwhelmed the senses was an understatement, yet deep down, he knew, he wasn’t going to leave until he saw it all.
Jamie’s concern didn’t really go unheard with Jack. If he did end up seeing the big guy, he would take Jamie back up to his bedroom or even leave if the brunet wasn’t comfortable with meeting North.
As it were, it looked like North was in his office so Jack had no problem zipping down to one of the floors to let Jamie get a very good look of a few yetis carving toys out of ice (and a few elves fighting over one cookie). No one batted an eye, used to the movement of Jack flying about in the edge of their vision anyway.
"It’s pretty neat, huh~?" he chirped, nuzzling his neck.
Jamie craned his head in order to scope the area, taking in every detail and every action that surrounded him. Even if Jack considered it, concern seemed to fade from the young spirit, replaced with child-like wonder while he watched the yetis and elves like a hawk.
"'Neat'?" he echoed, looking to the elder once more. "This is literally the best thing ever, man, why didn't you take me here sooner?!" Each word, more hyped than the last. "Do you know what could've went down - I mean have you seen the Polar Express?! Aw man..."
With a huff, he allowed himself to settle down, reclining in Jack's arms. After another moment of observation, he pinched the sprite's cheek, chuckling, "But later is better than never."
"I have come across other spirits that befriend children who are also mistaken, but lack my ability. "I-! Oh…" Jamie stopped as soon as he had started, realizing what she’d said. Now this was starting to become new. To her claim, he took a step back, head tilted in curiosity. "That’s odd…" he murmured, hostility slowly being replaced with intrigue, "Are you a blind spirit then?"
{-;VXV;-} “Do these eyes look blind to you?” she asked, crimson eyes looking forward. ” Ever heard of those blood suckers your parents would always use to scare little kids out of their wits?” she asked with a laugh. Hm,this was the first time a spirit hadn’t attacked her. It was kind of sad she couldn’t see him,she wanted to,but she hadn’t earned that ability yet. It was slowly progressing, and it might take a few more days or so. “Youre just really blurry, right now.”
He sighed, “No, ma’m.” However, that didn’t end his bewilderment. Rather, his doe eyes widened a little. “You’re a…vampire?” Good thing he’d long been absent of blood. Now he could get excited. A sense of nostalgia stirred within him and adorned his features with a bright smile, shadowing his uneasiness of not being seen. The tales had never been used to scare him, but instead, fueled his creativity in his childhood. He couldn’t help but gush, “That’s so awesome!”
{-;VXV;-} Willow pursed her lips as he had called her ma’am. “Ya don’t have to call me ma’am.” she laughed. “I’m always gonna be 21,I’m not 300 or something.” she giggled. “Yep,” she began,”Ive got some family here, and in case I visited I would have a home to come to.” she smiled, and then ran her claws through her hair. “Sorry if I can’t see you,I kind of don’t have that ability yet.” she laughed a bit.
He chuckled lightly along with her and even joked, “No kiddin’, you don’t look a day over 30.” Jamie listened, rubbing his forearm and biting his lip as she went on. “It’s fine you can’t see me..as long as we’re having conversation, that’s assuring. But yeah, not sure if this is what you’re looking for. Honestly, I’m not here all the time, but yeah.”
{-;VXV;-} Willow grinned. “I was turned when I was 20.” she laughed. “Okay. I’ll fix that wall over there tomorrow when I get the paint.” she smiled. “I grew up living with ghosts.” she shrugged softly.
"Yeah, I know, I'm just messin' with ya," he said before glancing to the wall than looking to her with a childish pout. "Now hold on, I appreciate you wanting to fix it, but who said anything about paint? If you want any changes here, you're gonna have to get in touch with the previous owner and get the okay from her."
Sneaking up behind her, he blows on the back of her ear. "Boo~"
She jumped slightly, quickly turning to see who it was. “Jamie! It’s you! Gods, you gave me a heart attack!” She squealed, hugging him tight.
