how to prevent getting addicted or stop addiction to your fave game:

pick a certain day you can play the game (i know it sucks but it works) or make a timer for abt 3-4 hours you can play the game, distract yourself, hangout with friends or family, watch a funny movie, take a walk, try not to watch to much videos related to the game.

tips for newbies:

dont be shy, dont talk to much (jk you can talk alot but think before you speak and try not to be cringey) if someone/teamate asks for help go help them because your a nice person right? DO NOT under any circumstances act like a pro because everyone who plays video games was a noob once so BE PATIENT AND BE A NICE PERSON. oh and dont swear even tho other players may swear dont copy them because it aint cool and there could be kids playing yk.

how to not get tired/sick:

take breaks and avoid burnouts, remeber to drink water or eat something, dont sit for to long move around (workout even), chill, relax its just a game its not the end of your life :)

how to avoid stress:

chill, move around dont sit to long, if you lose or die in a game just think of it as a learning process and youll get better sooner or later, its.not.the.end.of.your.life, if you feel like breaking something or someone just let it out on a pillow, sleep,drink water, dont focus entirely on the game, dont listen to any insults from other player because whats the point of getting angry when you know its not true? inner peace.
