hello there! thank you very much for your message. i love creating art a lot still, and i've actually been working on something for a big project that i'm hoping to post soon.

my artistic output has slowed recently due to a lot of different reasons. 2025 was a really hard year for me on a number of personal levels- a lot of really big life things kind of exploded in my face and kind of shattered my sense of reality. i had become very vulnerable in a way that i had never been before and nothing in my life was enough to cope with what had hurt me. i thought something very bad would happen to me if i stayed where i was and how i was living (i sometimes say to people that i thought some lake mungo nonsense would happen to me), so i...didn't quite leave (rent is still a bit crazy for me right now), but i started leaving.

for the past year i've been reinventing a way to live for myself and trying to develop a philosophy that will allow me to live with some degree of peace. i've been going out and touching grass more, trying different things, and meeting all kinds of different people. i've been making friends! and i've been regularly shocked at all the amazing people i meet who earnestly seem to like me. i've been going back to school for something i care a lot about as well. i know the change has been making a difference because what i carry back home from my experiences has been changing the way i interface with my daily life as well.

you're very kind!!! while i would not be opposed to having a dollar thrown into my ko-fi, there is no formal compensation i'd expect for anything like that. if you proceed with it i would love to see it when it's done!

How's Vivian taking the news abt the end of 4 chins

I imagine that she probably assumes the site will be back at some point in time and is spending more time on places like lolcow in the interim...she anxiously namesearches herself on these sites and is easy to identify in threads due to the kinds of things she obsesses over in posts, which often makes her the target of teasing by other anons. In spite of this, imageboards are probably the closest she comes to talking to a person as opposed to an audience in her day to day life, so she is reluctant to shake the habit.
