Here’s some tips you may need when you’re feeling bad.

If you want to relapse, do this:

go outside, open the window and breathe.

cry, you really need to cry, it’ll help trust me.

close your eyes and count slowly to 10

listen your favorites songs

take a paper, a pencil and write. it can be anything.

take some paper and write the things that make you feel sad at the moment. burn all the paper or throw them away.

If you feel like dying:

phone someone and talk

come talk to me

take some paper and write your feelings

don’t be afraid to cry

talk to the person that makes you feel alive

Remember that you’re wonderful and loved, you’re wanted and god damn it, you need to realize that. You’re the most important person in the world, someone is truly in love with you at the moment. You aren’t the only one who is afraid of something here, you aren’t alone. You’re with us, you’re with your family and friends. You’re nothing but a hero and a warrior. You’re fighting your demons and this is the most beautiful thing you’re doing. You absolutely have the right to cry and have a break down sometimes but you gotta stand up and win that battle. It will stops the day you’re announcing the winner. I love you and I care. Come talk to me, if you want to talk on the phone at night, message me, I can call you and spend all the night with you. I’m not going to let you down. I promise you.

If you want to eat, please do. If you want to but can’t, try a small bite of your favorite food or a snack. Eating is important, please don’t starve yourself. You’re beautiful and your body is gorgeous, not matter the size. Love your body the way it is. And keep in mind that going on a diet does not and will never mean not eating. Not eating will only cause you harm. You’re beautiful and lovely and deserve all the love in the world. And if you ever need anything, I’m here 24/7 and will gladly help you.

Most advice posts and cute messages go to girls and we all forget about the boys. Boys go through the same things we do they have confidence issues they battle depression and suicidal thoughts as well as eating disorders and bullying also self harm. They can feel uncomfortable about their body and it’s time to let them know they’re beautiful in every single way. You boys are strong and please stay strong and never ever give up. Don’t let that number on the scale define who you are on the inside. You’re all amazing and unique who cares if you ain’t the skinniest or if you have feelings for another male or you’re a different race. YOU ARE HUMAN and nothing can take that right away. Put down that razor blade and stand tall and make a change and believe you are worth living and you are beautiful.
