Everybody is worth it, especially you. You are worthy of all the love in the world, all the good things. Yes you may have bad things happen to you but you need a mix of bad and good things in your life to balance it out. You are somebody’s entire world, you might not have met them yet, but you mean the world that person to them. No, you are their world. Without them they’d be nothing at all. You are worth it. You are so worth it. Wake up everyday, with that thought that you are worth it and you will make it through yet another day. Don’t ever feel like you aren’t because you are. If you don’t think you are then you are wrong.

Self Worth

its human nature to compare yourself with others, its the fact that you have to be willing to go against that. you are your own person not someone one else. that person may do better, but that doesn’t mean you did horribly or stupid or anything. everyone is always comparing themselves to others so why not go against the grain and me that one person who doesn’t? but your self worth is so much more than someone else’s. saying that is saying you have the same self worth than that person, but you are completely different, you know? like you’re never gonna get anywhere in life if all you do is compare yourself to others, because you’re constantly putting yourself down and feeling bad and you’ll just give up. you need to stop i know its hard but keep pushing and you’ll get past it.

So you don’t think you are beautiful? Let me tell you something and I want you to listen to me. You are gorgeous. So beautiful. You may not be flawless and everyone’s idea of perfect, but your flaws make you who you are and being who you are makes you the most beautiful thing you can be. From the very top of your head to your toes, is beautiful. Every inch of your being is stunningly gorgeous. You might not think so but you are. So start believing it. There are people out there who believes me when I say this because I am not lying to you. I want you to wake up every morning and go look in a mirror and say “I am beautiful” no matter how hard it is to say it, I want you to do it.

You’re all beautiful just the way you are. There are going to be so many people that are going to come into your life and want to bring you down but you have to be the strong one and not let what they say get to you. Dont let them drag you down to their level. The only reason they want to do that is because they are insecure about themselves and they need to make someone feel bad about themselves to make them feel better. Every little flaw you find in yourself is what someone finds most beautiful about you. You might not be the skinniest person alive, you might be a little bigger than the other girls around you or if you’re a guy you might be a little bigger than the rest of the guys around you, its only because your body type is different from other people’s body because your body type is you and it makes you who you are and you have to learn to embrace it and love it. You dont have to me skinny or stick thin to be beautiful. If you look up the definition of beautiful in the dictionary it does NOT say you have to be skinny. you’re beyond beautiful on the inside and of course the outside your imperfections are what make you perfect. Beauty is not what on the outside, its whats on the inside that truly matters.

You don’t think you’re strong?  What is a strong person?  Someone who never cries?  Nah, that’s not what strong is. Crying is a sign of being alive.  At birth you cried because you were alive, and now you cry because you’re living through the struggles and all of the pain.  Crying isn’t  weakness and it is human nature.  It’s okay to release emotions, it’s not anything to be ashamed of.  You are strong.  Stronger than you believe.  You’ve been through an extraordinary amount and I’m proud of you for making it this far. Everything you go through makes you even stronger. Please keep staying strong my beautiful, I know you can do it

How to deal with someone catfishing you

So obviously, that is a hard experience to go through, as myself have went through it multiple times. At first, you're thinking oh god i can't trust this person anymore blah blah blah. But 9/10 times (i hope you don't get catfished that many times) what they said to you, when they helped you or anything else is genuine. Take a few steps back, build up your walls a little bit and move on. If you think they honestly deserve a second chance, then give them one. Get to know that person, find out what they lied to you about whether it was just how they looked or their name or both. If you think this person is capable of being trusted again, then allow them to be in your lives. If you think they're just gonna cause you pain again, then you need to get rid of that person. Second chances can be a good or a bad thing, be the judge of that.

If you are catfishing, then please please grow these balls you'e probably been pretending to have and tell all your friends, apologize, explain everything, don't get mad at them. If they don't want you in your life again then leave them be. Just come out and be yourself, I'm sure everyone would love you the same if you had. They may be hurt, but you could possibly become closer to that person. Don't fall back into these steps of catfishing. Get yourself into some extra activities, hang out with friends or family, do something other than lie.

How to deal with missing someone/losing communication with them

If you are missing someone and you've lost communication with them and they've just left, the best thing for you to do is move on yourself. You need to accept the fact that the chances of this person coming back is slim and they've moved on themselves. Pull yourself together and push past this. Start by deleting things, or hiding away things, that remind you of this person so you can't torture yourself by going back through all of this stuff. Talk to people about this, try to keep them off your mind. Do some kind of activity that keeps you busy and distracted from missing them. This person may have been a good friend or family member, but mourning over them for a very extended amount of time will not help you or anyone else around you. You need to accept that wherever they are now, they will be okay. They will make it through anything they are going through as you will. If they can move on without you, so can you.

i know life can be shit, and people can be mean. I know you may feel alone sometimes, or maybe all the time, but thats not true because you’re not. Im here for you, ill always be here for you, even if we’re complete strangers. Nobody deserves to be alone, no one. Everyone deserves to have at least one person they can just let everything out to, someone to just lean on, and if you don't have that i can be that person. You deserve everything good that life offers, i hope you know that, stay strong.
