“Someone told some lies while I was gone and it was some damn convincing lies if I do say so myself.” Thanatos huffed.

“Thannie? You’re alive? But how? I saw you die in battle during the Contact.” He said looking at him.

He had only one answer suitable for this question. “Gift of Immortality.” He explains.

“Okay that makes sense. But why take five years to reveal yourself? I could stop this pointless fighting with the angels years ago.”

“I had to hide myself because the rumors of my evilness has reached a point that I doubt my own goodness in myself.” He sighed. “I’ve also adopted a human form to prevent any suspicion on my side.”

“Still you could have told me. I could have helped you. And now the angel army is ruled by an authoritarian asshole and I’m stuck having to deal with constant threats for being an ‘abomination’ and being exterminated.”

“Well, I do have a place for you to stay if you and your team ever want to leave the current area… Just make sure to tell them I sent the message and that I’m alive.”

“No… I won’t leave my home. We won’t do it. But I could use your help in trying to break some peace with the angels.”

“I don’t know who to talk to specifically, but ok.” He flew back up into the heavens.

There were tons of soldiers everywhere and they all pointed their weapons to him.

He looked at the weapon for a moment before he showed the scythe he had on his back. “Richard sent me up here to bring some sort of peace to some angels about my death.”

They all started firing warning shots after hearing Richards name.

“I assume you guys don’t know me at all. Anyways, I’m Thanatos, the one you all assumed was dead.”

They didn’t believe him and started shooting at him.

He swiftly grabbed his scythe and rapidly started blocking the shots with his scythe before he began cutting their weapons in half.

Thy grab even more weapons and keep shooting while others repair the cut weapons. And some of them consider making cutproof weapons.

He vanished before coming back a few moments later. “What do you know about Thanatos that will believe that it’s me.”

They stopped a bit and thought. “What’s the color of your underwear? Boxers or briefs?” One of them asked while they were all pointing their guns.
