I want to congratulate y’all and say that I’m proud of y’all for seeking help from friends, family and therapy. It’s amazing how we can move and bond as a family and get better. Y’all are extremely inspiring, y’all have NO idea. I love y’all and I see y’all working and getting better. Even the days y’all feel like y’all aren’t doing anything, every day y’all amaze me by keeping yourselves together and then on bad days realizing that y’all need to talk and seek help, it keeps me sane and it makes me happy.
