On The Road. 

Last week my sister & I decided instead of a quick hour long flight we’d made the 6 hour road trip to San Francisco to catch my husbands acoustic performance. It felt so free traveling without any time schedules & having the freedom to stop wherever we like on the way….

The show was incredible! I have never heard these particular songs performed in such an intimate way before… amazing!

This week I’ve been “Spring Cleaning” out my closets & getting organized. I’m such a clothes collector & always end up purchasing things I rarely wear or that even still have the tags on them & get lost in my very overcrowded closets! I can't believe it Friday already! This week has come & gone so quickly! Amidst the chaos that is my life as a mother of 3 littles, I've tried to take some "me" time, even if it's just a few minutes here or there for a quick nail appointment or a movie night with my girlfriends, I was able to do both this week & I'm feeling refreshed & ready for the weekend.

Speak….Easy. 

This was such a fun night in New York at the Paramount Theatre in Huntington for the Sirens concert! This venue has a members only - speakeasy below the concert area with several small rooms that each have a different theme & are full of authentic movie memorabilia (like the actual beer bottles they drank on the rooftop in The Shawshank Redemption inside a room designed like a jail cell!) We reserved the "Frankenstein Room" that was hidden behind a huge wall bookcase. You are also able to watch the concert thats happening above you on a big screen from the comfort of your own private room.

Mix Match.

A couple of tips when it comes to mixing prints, I usually try to stick with a similar color pallet, with this particular look I've chosen warm browns & beiges. I also tend to limit myself to just two prints at a time so your look is more polished & less chaotic. And lastly, my own personal rule is treat leopard as a neutral, it is after all my favorite print and I feel that it goes with anything & everything!

MET. Steps. 

Finally sharing some photos from my recent trip to New York! The end of November in the city is perfection, The weather is comfortable enough for bare legs but just chilly enough to wear a great winter coat. I spent the day wandering around the Metropolitan Museum with my girlfriends, followed by the best burgers ever at The Smith! & of course some fun photos in their bathroom Photo-Booth with my girls :)

Flat Tummy Tea.

I've traded in my beloved cup of morning coffee for Flat Tummy Tea lately & I've never felt better! It's so much better to start your day with something hydrating & packed full of antioxidants! I had the best time exploring our local Pumpkin Patch, or as Copeland calls it the "Pumpkin Pouch" the other day with my sweet girl. This is the first year of her life that she's very excited about Holidays & its all she can talk about! She loves anything "spooky" or "scary" & can't wait to dress up in her Butterfly Costume tonight & go trick or treating!
