so i have a question. how do you use the google doc templates to roleplay on tumblr as i am not familiar on how that works?

roleplay documents either on google docs are usually hyperlinked somewhere on your blog ( either on the blog itself or in a pinned post ) to give potential roleplay partners more information about your muse ! consider it one of the many options you have to give information on your muses , especially since tumblr blogs themselves are limited by their themes or page limits . other options could include carrd , custom themes , canva templates , etc . it is really all up about user preference , but google docs are arguably one of the easiest to share across multiple platforms ( as mobile tumblr blogs don't always include custom pages ) .

i personally always used google docs specifically for discord roleplay where it is more limiting how much information you can post about a muse in a server or private roleplay !

How are you? This might be a bit random but I've been wanting to make a canva template myself for my writings. So can you tell me what design, template size and other things like that which you use? I LOVE your templates, they are SO pretty and we'll made! ❤️

thank you so much ! ! & of course , i can share my ways !

i don't use a specific preset design for my templates , i usually choose to make blank customs , either a document ( standard letter , or 8 x 11 in / 11 x 8 in according to horizontal or vertical preferences ) or i've been recently enjoying 1600 x 670 px for a longer horizontal look . this is honestly up to preference , & if canva's preset design sizes work well with your vision , go for it !

as for the template itself , i definitely suggest to play around with the elements ! i use simple shapes / boxes for most of my frames & text boxes , & the in - app placeholders for me to lay out where i want my images to go . i find most of the elements i want from canva's library , but for more specific designs in which i want to align with a specific vision , i find & edit my own elements .

one huge gamechanger is to lock elements on your page once you are set on where they should go . it can easily get overwhelming when adding so many elements or layers to your template , so locking them down to keep them from moving around really helps !
