人类的惰性

很多人在自己应该努力奋斗时，给自己无数的理由和借口来逃避该面对的困难。

在你有功课需要完成的时候，说“我病了“，说“明天才做吧。“

在应该运动的时候，说“明天吧！” ， 说“我有很多更重要的事情要做。”

常常因为这些理由，我们有很多的梦想到如今都还未成真。

如果我们可以坚持完成所有自己计划的事情，不让人类的惰性控制自己，我们的人生就可以像你想象的那样完美。

可惜，人类常常都败给了那固执的惰性。

Starting over!

Sometime there are things that bother us a lot. We feel like escaping the reality. Like me, I choose to nap! 

Sleep usually helps me not to think anything. It is like an escape from the reality. But now, the stress is building up and I will even dreamt of things that are bothering me. This makes me know that it is not a good way to handle my stress. Escaping the reality is just escaping the problem. It can't solve it.

So now, I plan to start all over again. Start getting myself a life. A new life with a interest, old time interest - K-pop, gardening, writing a blog. Laugh out really loud on the funny post on tumblr... It gives me strength to live on a better life. 

People out there who are really down in life, don't escape. Find a way to keep yourself on the track. Don't isolate yourself. Free yourself from those stress. Stand up and live a great life!! :)
