Hey, I couldn’t help but notice that one of your posts got marked as adult content. Do you have any idea what’s up with that? It’s the post right above the one with Inogashira Goroh (the guy with the stand from the school fair) and Imori (the guy with the dragon cards that aren’t Duel Monsters cards). I think you can have the post re-reviewed to see if it’s actually adult content.

I don’t know why it was flagged that way, but I’ve seen other tumblr users have non-adult-content posts incorrectly flagged. I’ll submit the post for review. Thanks for reaching out and letting me know, I appreciate it!

Update: It was reviewed in about 30 seconds and the post has been cleared :)

Update while it's some unearthly hour: my laptop busted last November. Haven't got a new one yet because not long after, I got hit with some outrageous hospital bills. I'm taking care of those first, and then I'll be moving back to doing this. Being mobile only for nearly a year has been exhausting on every level, and I apologize for my delayed absence.

To be clear, while there is a donation button on the blog, I do not want donations for my medical bills or new laptop. My accident had nothing to do with this, and I need to get a new laptop anyway. I politely request that donations to me only be given to me as voluntary compensation for my labor translating, which I've done none of lately. Thank you.

Don't know if you need/want, but I do have the original Japanese version of this book (with a bunch of the profiles already scanned) and a passing knowledge of Japanese, so if you wanted to compare to see what may have changed from translation to translation, just let me know!

Can you look on the page of Pegasus’ profile and look at the panel on page 56 on the bottom left and tell me if he’s introduced as Pegasus J. Crawford in the speech bubble too (as opposed to Jr)? What about in the ‘table of contents’ specifically for the character profiles section?

Once I can find the PSD file for that page (I translated it on a different computer) I don’t mind editing it to be correct, even if it’s not in accordance with the French scans, as the original Japanese trumps all.

Every place his full name is used, it’s just simply “J”  [with the furigana ジェイ /jei, a phonetic spelling out of the sound of the letter if it’s spelled out]    (Makes it really easy to spot since it’s written in Roman characters instead of Japanese! :) )

Looks like the French version mistakenly decided that J must stand for Jr and translated it accordingly.

salut et merci pour le traduction! je ne peux pas l'acheter parce que j'habite au Canada et sur notre Amazon le livre est 74$... argh! mais je l'ai trouvé sur Amazon fr et maintenant je veux l'acheter car c'est moins cher et je suis bilingue. (francais n'est pas ma premiere langue mais je l'aime désolée pour les erreurs)

Ça va, le Français est ma première langue mais malheureusement, parce que je vis aux États Unis et j’utilise l’Anglais tout le temps, j’ai oublié un peut je mon français et je fais des fautes aussi. J’ai trouvé le livre en Francais sur une site-web qui s’appelle FNAC, c’est comme Amazon mais en France, je pense. Ça ma couté, avec la livraison, peut-être $35 (en dollares Americains)? Je ne me souviens pas exactement. De toute façon, merci beaucoup pour votre message et j’éspère que mon amie pourra m’envoyer plus de pages à traduire bientôt. Excusez-moi pour mon absence.
