Hey. You don’t know me. I’m an ally of the Rising Volt Tacklers.
Is it true Exceed has the entire town under surveillance? I’ve been looking for my Pokemon who was taken by Exceed—and I wonder if it’s being kept in the facility located there.
It’s about 13 and a half feet tall, has a big, long tail, floats above the ground and is this beautiful violet color. Oh—it’s also got antennae that resemble lightning bolts.

not for lack of trying, I've never actually managed to successfully sneak into an exceed facility up there to investigate, so it might be here but I just haven't seen it
they've been careful to keep all their secret work out of the village so most of the others wouldn't become suspicious and not believe what exceed tell them... I only know as much as I do because I've been actively searching for the truth and watching them whenever they bring things up to the mountain through the forest.....

I'm alright! well... as alright as I can be when the village is locked off from the world and under constant surveillance by exceed, I guess
it could be worse though, I mean, aside from the surveillance the whole... not being supposed to leave thing is about the same, it's just.. strictly enforced by an outside party now instead of just being an expectation..
..and they're actually pretty bad at the whole surveillance thing, I've still been able to get into the woods easily enough most days, at least
how are things with you?? I've heard some whispers amongst the exceed people about you guys but it all sounds fake honestly. I mean, there's no WAY you're all being hunted down for ecoterrorism, right?? they're definitely just making it up to try and trick us..
