I’ve always wanted to try Crookies when it first came out, finally got the time to make it, now I understand why it is so popular. Crispy outer cookie layer and soft chewy inner cookie layer and the fluffy croissant, I used dark chocolate instead of semisweet, it’s just perfect!!! Maybe I’ll try to make other flavors next time~ #crookie

I saw on YouTube that Costco from Taiwan is selling Bischoff cake and Pork floss cake, and I really wanted to try it, so I combined these 2 cakes into 1, so here it is Pork floss Biscoff cake.
