HC: Yui used to wear a girdle to pretend she was a boy, something Vil discovers at the Fairy Gala. Leona wanted to check if it was a joke, as she doesn't get along very well with Vil, and she paid the price for her overconfidence.

I forgot to add that she stopped using it because Vil forced her to, saying it was bad for her health and appearance. It was very difficult for her to break the habit, but it was either that or be Vil's mannequin for a season.

At this point, everyone obviously knew she was a girl, but they didn't know that she looked different from how they had known her before.
