why is act 1 act 2 etc so cookiecutter common. like the story having its ups and downs makes enough sense but why is it so normal for EVERYYY story to follow this upanddown pattern. how do stories stay interstsing if everyones making them to fit that pattern. i refuse to believe this is just The Best Way stories get told and thats why everyone makes them like that??? that The Heros Journey is the only story format worth using???? whats happening. why are so many stories like this. its not even that its bad but it does make it worse when an uncreative story is following an obvious pattern so you know when the rises and falls are gonna be. i cannot believe that this is just human nature or something. why is stprytelign so streamlinde like this. what is HAPPENING
