SHANE & ILYA + parallels
didnt you say something was going to happen on the 17th?
I did.
Events of Feb. 17🔮:
─ Sunshine☀️ joins the cast of 'PEAKED'. ─ Canadian snoopy🍁 is officially a ‘Friend of the House’ for Balenciaga ─ the podcast SUE wasn't as nuclear, some wording seemed to be toned down already. Consequences + start of clarifying rumors/blind items.
IMPORTANT: ⭐ We don't know what other things got solved/signed or got finalized/put into paper today. I think we will keep on seeing the repercussions of today from today until August (matching the eclipse energy) and why is this important and matches all my readings from December and now?
Because in all of my big readings the recurring theme is:
The Sun showing up as a clarifier (Sun + 7 of Swords reversed), plus Judgement already anchored in multiple readings. That’s the kind of “the fog breaks later” energy that often maps to a louder season (late summer is classic for that).
So let me break it here:
• If spring is them stabilizing and controlling damage (like in my latest readings for sunshine)
• and early summer is them moving but still restricted (like in this reading about them from Valentines until late April / May)…
• then late summer (August) becomes the first window where the pressure field is lighter enough for a real, direct conversation that doesn’t immediately become a mess or causes misunderstandings.
hi lovely Blonn! I’ve been seeing a lot of people ask the showrunners/cast mates to call out the racism and while I think it’s a really honest and well intentioned sentiment I want to point out that it doesn’t alleviate the racism POC face (an example being that Hannah from Bridgestone spoke out in support of Masali but that hasn’t done anything to stop the racism she faces).
Twitter we all know isn’t a reflection of reality so it’s best left ignored. But the article, while imperative to call out, shouldn’t have you point fingers at cast mates but rather at the systemic racism. People being conspiratorial about it being targeted PR campaigns from cast mates need to take a break from social media and look at our reality. BIPOC have always been at the receiving end of these hate trains in media. I understand your anger, but make such theories just belittles how deep rooted racism in the entertainment industry is.
Do something more productive instead. Support your local business led by BIPOC, look up ways in your community that you can stand up for them and help them. It doesn’t have to be grand or taxing, just small ways even. It’s good to be angry, but turn that anger into positive action instead of empty hatred. Call out the racism in the article but don’t spend all day entrenched in a mindset of hatred and do things that build hope!
thank you for the readings, have a lovely day!
Hey there 💛 Thank you for this ask— genuinely.
This is one of those moments where Haymitch’s line applies perfectly: “Remember who the enemy is.”
Because when racism shows up, the system (and the internet as its little loudspeaker) wants us looking sideways at each other: counting who posted, who didn’t post, who said the “right” thing, who said it fast enough... instead of looking up at the structure that keeps rewarding hate.
And when I say “system,” I mean the whole machine: history, generational trauma passed down into behavior, institutions that normalize bias, media ecosystems that profit off outrage, and algorithms that literally boost the most inflammatory takes. It’s not just “some random hateful people online.” It’s a culture that keeps giving them attention, money, and momentum, and at the same time gives us these weird, counter-intuitive little rewards for being self-righteous, judgmental, and purity-signaling. Like… the dopamine hit of “I’m one of the good ones” the rush of canceling the “right” target, the feeling of moral superiority for calling someone out. And suddenly we’re pointing fingers, labeling, dogpiling, and policing each other all day… while the actual structure that created the problem stays untouched.
So yes, I understand why people want showrunners/cast mates to speak up. It’s a human impulse: we want reassurance, solidarity, and accountability. But you’re also right and I'm there with you: a statement doesn’t automatically alleviate what BIPOC face. It still doesn't stop the racism. Because racists aren’t waiting for a celebrity to scold them into decency— the machine that empowers them is bigger than one post.
That’s also why I’ve been careful about how I use my space.
People call that “mute,” but it’s not. It’s intentional. I’m not here to feed a loop where we spiral all day, start turning on each other, and accidentally give more reach to the exact poison we’re trying to fight. Twitter/X isn’t real life, but it does train people into outrage cycles, it clips nuance, rewards extremes, and turns activism into performance. And I refuse to be another cog in that.
So yes: call out the racism in the article. Name it clearly. Don’t minimize it. And then, if we really “remember who the enemy is” we put energy where it lands:
support BIPOC creators and businesses
donate if you can, share resources if you can’t
follow, buy, commission, show up locally
amplify work that builds something, not just work that burns something down
Because anger is valid — but anger without direction becomes exhaustion, and exhaustion is how the system keeps perpetuating itself.
The enemy isn’t “the wrong person” in the fandom.
The enemy is racism, and the system that keeps rewarding it... plus the social incentives that turn us into judges instead of builders. I remember that every day, which is exactly why I move the way I move.
Thank you again for how you worded this. It’s thoughtful, grounded, and actually useful. Have a lovely day

Reasons why Jaejoong makes the perfect uke.
we spend not only happy days but sad days. Until now everyone, let’s smile in spite of sad things. I’m very happy now. Even though I must enter army, please smile and keep waiting for me. A year and a half is so short, everyone always stay by my sides, there is no boundary line called “Fans-Star” between us.

…but today, April 15, 2012, we saw TVXQ’s strong leader cry on stage. He cried because he was so thankful to their fans. He cried because he was able to witness the beautiful White Ocean during Still. He cried because he was happy. This is why, thank you. To every single one who was there, thank you.
