I hc him being a annoying weirdo who can translate and help people sleep with his cuddly self. Tails doll is able to speak but chooses not to. But when he does it’s mainly him singing eggman to sleep or translating what others are sayin. When feeling betrayed by who he considers as family he starts to knit himself a new family or make dolls to fill the void. But sadly they don’t come to life. Eggman was sleep deprived when he made tails doll and doesn’t remember how he created him.

Tails doll can eat nobody knows how this is possible but everyone pretends they didn’t see that
