Falling heavily into one of the front-row seats, Asmodeus folded his torso over his legs and sighed, “No!...No… It’s. It’s not you, Fizz. You’re fine….I’m fine. Just. Tired.”

A too long silence followed as Asmodeus studied the velvet carpet windowed between his limbs.

“Psh, man, for a Sin, you’re a horrible liar.”

Asmodeus turned his head up to look at Fizz from beneath his brow. The imp had leaned to one side, weight on one leg, as he looked away with a rolling of his red eyes. When those eyes came back to him, the imp’s face went from mock impatience to a searching curiosity.
