When will it stop!
Sorry guys
Hey ladies and gentleman! Guess who has a blog now? This girl!! I posted the link to my blog in my profile and my first official blog apart from the introduction will be about my skin care regimen. Many of you have heard me talk about #freemanbeauty and their products a few times but in this video I'm going to take you into my personal skin care regimen and not only show you what I do but I'm going to give you some helpful facts about the product to better influence your decision to purchase, if you feel inclined to do so. I made a video and I will also include a written blog that will be up by tomorrow and I hope that everyone enjoys it and I look forward to your feedback and comments. PS... Keep in mind this is my first ever blog experience I know I have a ton to learn and the video probably isn't the best but please be respectful, mature and kind. Thank you💗❤💚💜💙💛
No matter how skilled at the cross you become at the craft you chose, you can always hone these skills and become better. I started Photography in high school and as soon as I did I knew that this was the passion that I was going to pursue as a career. I always got good grades in all my photography classes so I decided to further my interest in photography in college. Though I learned a lot I had a hard time embracing the new digital age of photography. Even though you can do some incredible things digitally, I don't think we should completely abandon the basics because if it weren't for the basics we would not have the new. This is the book that started it all for me that taught me the skills I have today, it was my high school textbook and I hunted everywhere for it online that was able to get a slightly used copy. Even though throughout the duration of my high school photography classes I've probably read this book from cover to cover you can always learn something new from old things, something that you were particularly focused on in one aspect they had made you miss something just as important. So soon despite the fact that I have a degree in photography I'm never too good to sharpen my skills. #readingisfundemental #photography #artlife
#WCW @carmen_carrera She is just so fucking stunning 😍😍😍😍😍😍👠💄💅🎀
Whether you love early Michael music or whether you love his later stuff ,I think everyone can agree on one thing, there was no one like Michael Jackson and there will never be another. He was a true artist, a visionary. His videos were mini movies that always left us intrigued and wanting more. It's sad that we don't get to feel that excitement anymore in music. Music truly lost its joy and vision when he left us. Rest easy king, you are free from the hurt you are free from pain, everyone that undermined your musical talent with worthless tabloid b******* is irrelevant now. No matter what, I hope you can rest knowing that you were, are and always will be a legend. This picture is from one of my favorite videos by Michael Jackson, blood on the dance floor. I don't know about you, but I loved the big production videos, but I also loved the ones where he just danced and it looks like he was having such a good time in this video, whenever I see it brings a smile to my face. He had a certain swag in this video before the word swag was even cool. #weloveyoumichael #kingofpop
"No Given Time to Grieve"
Growing up, I always heard my mom say the words "there's no given time to grieve". Today at 28 years old, I still struggle with the concept of grieving. When I was 13 years old, my father passed away after a very sudden battle with cancer. When he passed away, I was completely numb, you know when you feel something doesn't compute in your brain? I couldn't wrap my brain around the fact that my father was gone. It just didn't seem real to me as a matter of fact, it hit me months later at my 8th grade graduation when my mom was sitting there in the audience. I remember I had a seat on the floor of the gym where I could make direct eye contact with my mom, she looks so proud and smiling from ear to ear that made me happy because I lived to make my parents proud then it hit me " oh my gosh, dad would have really loved this moment, he would have been so proud. That night, as I laid in bed I cried my eyes out. My mom crawled into bed with me, hugged me and said" your dad wouldn't want you crying like this, you have to be strong". Though she meant well my still maturing adolescent mind struggled to understand what she meant at the time. All my life I would hear her say " There's no given time to grieve" but now she's telling me to be strong? As I got older, and I really started to think about wish you the same, I realized that she meant that life goes on and when your loved ones are called him to heaven they want to know that you are doing well and taking care of yourself both physically and emotionally. So in the next few years of my life that's exactly what I try to do, but every birthday ( both mine and his) The many unanswered questions and things that we never got to say to each other always seemed to fill my head. What did he think of me as an adult? Was he proud of me for finishing college? Is he happy that have locks like him? These are just some of the things that I sit and wonder. When he died I didn't feel strong enough to go to his funeral. I was 13, an emotional wreck due to my major depressive disorder with general anxiety disorder. I didn't feel emotionally ready to see him dead in a box. Once again, I wasn't much mature enough to understand the purpose of a funeral. Webster's dictionary defines a funeral as " the observances held for a dead person usually before burial or cremation" . The definition is so cold and unfeeling, I just couldn't bring myself to take part in that, but then I also felt bad because I felt like at that time my father needed me to see him off and to share and love and grieve with other family. I was totally oblivious to the humanistic concept of a funeral where people come together and celebrate the life and great memories that they shared with that person. Still, sometimes, I wondered " what would have happened if I did go to his funeral , would I have gotten the finality and closure that I so desperately seek or do you ever get closure? It's been 15 years since my dad has been gone and still, at times , it feels so fresh, like it just happened. I know it sounds crazy, but that's the way I feel. So what do I do? I try to block it out, I tried to give myself things to do throughout the day but nice thoughts still you come to me not daily by any means but some days it affects me more than others. Instead of giving myself a break, I've always been pretty hard on myself and I tend to get really frustrated because I think to myself why does this still affect you in the magnitude in which it does, as if there is some type of statute of limitations on grief? Some of it has to do with the fact that some of my family members would say, "I think you just like to be sad or he died a long time ago, why are you still crying? " So again, I struggled with my mother's saying. Was I just supposed to forget him or act like he never existed?! I knew that he is in a better place, free from all hurt and suffering but still I miss him. I would like to hear from you? Is there anything in this blog post in particular that resonates with any of you and how do you cope under the circumstances? Until next time, Afeshia B❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Oh yes, hunny!

#freemanbeauty #blacksugarandcharcoalmask as soon as the summer starts I get fine heats all over my face. Needless to say my perfect winter skin that I had so diligently taken care of was ruined by not only fine heats but pre menstrual cravings and the stresses of PMS. As a result of all these new breakouts I started to search for a natural resolution for my skin and that's when I stumbled upon The Freeman beauty feeling beautiful line. Ladies, I am telling You if you want your skin to be refreshed, detoxified less oily and hydrated this skin care system is the way to go. They have a ton of natural ingredient based product for your skin. I use two, The black sugar and Charcoal mask and The Key Lime scrub. I use the black sugar one, once two days a week and the key lime one, once 4 days a week. I love the results I have gotten by using both of these products and my skin is almost back to normal . I hope you ladies will visit the website or the Instagram page and find a product that works for you. @freemanbeauty
