don’t feel like art is bad. it’s an amazing and beautiful thing. it allows you to express yourself when words could never. you are creative and amazing, so don’t try to limit it or try to control it.
Resting is key in having a healthy life. It allows you to kick back, relax, and leave the world behind. Resting gives you the chance to connect with your inner self and reflect on yourself. When people rest and relax, you give yourself a break from all the trouble, drama, issues, and problems around. The world around us is hard enough, taking a break from it is long overdue. Resting allows you to recharge and restore your energy.
Life will bring struggles around, but don’t let them way you down. Just because you are having trouble and struggling through something, doesn’t mean you are failing and you should give up. NEVER GIVE UP! You are worth it, so keep pushing through. Letting something way you down… is like starting a 5k race and giving up before even starting. I know it’s hard, but you will get though this, because you are amazing!
Don’t overthink things too much. Your mind automatically delivers over 70,000 thoughts in a single day. Your mind doesn’t act upon 70,000 thoughts every single day, so don’t overthink everything. Don’t overthink things, not every thought is special! You are amazing, please don’t get obsessed with one single thought, you are in control.
